Another fantastic experience at Tuffys! This time Doug, explained everything to me in great detail, very patient, even sent me pics and a video of what needed fixed etc etc. Again, again you are a total fool if you take your car elsewhere! PERIOD.

This was the first time I have ever been to a Tuffy’s before and I will definitely be coming back to this location. I called the store and they answered the phone right away and was able to schedule me an appointment 2 Days after without a problem. The guy on the phone was very polite. They sent me pictures and videos of my car and what they knew needed to be fixed, they called me to confirm if I wanted them to proceed to fix everything and then they had my car ready in about an hour. Awesome customer service and great prices.

After loosing my primary vehicle in Hurricane Milton I needed transportation quickly. I had an old truck that needed some work but my finances were very tight. Alex Smith was so helpful. He sent me the report of the things that I needed to have done and he was aware of my situation so he recommended what needed to be done first so I was able to afford to get those done. I will be taking it back soon to have the other minor issues repaired. Thank you Alex and Tuffys for helping me out of a bad situation much appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about the service at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service on Colonial Blvd in Fort Myers. I stopped in without an appointment or a traditional issue. Employee, Alex Smith, was extremely kind to troubleshoot my car's problem and offer to help. He went above and beyond that day, and earned a customer for life!

Went in on Friday after I got a flat tire from debris following Hurricane Milton. Tuffy was one of the few places open and they quickly were able to replace the flat tire all within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service. 10/10

Never again or will I ever recommend tuffy Auto to anyone they failed to do the job required the work was incomplete part prices are accelerated the mechanics are not knowledgeable $3,000 in 2 days later the car failed worst experience I ever encountered for vehicle

I've used several car repair shops in the past and I always had the feeling that they want to sell me more than necessary. With Tuffy I received a very good, honest and reliable service and no one was trying to talk me into unnecessary repairs. The work on my car was done fast and professionally and they worked with my extended warranty without any complaints. I will definitely come back!

I was able to get an appointment the next day to fix my AC. They worked with my extended warranty company explaining everything along the way which wasn't easy and it took a long time but so happy they fixed the AC the same day. Very friendly and would definitely recommend them.

I drive an old car that offten needs repairs; I use it to take my daughter to dance and school. I have been to a few different repair places and this Tuffy has been the best hands down! Everyone is very kind, explained the repairs to me, and made sure my car is safe without breaking the bank! Thank you! ?
