Worst pack and ship store ever. Always trying to rip you off ind way or another. Outrageous prices om copies/fax, refuses to take Amazon returns without buying a box/bag from them. If I meet the owner I'm going to punch him in the face.

Well kept store manned by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair pricing. Took care of my package with a smile even though I came in just when they were closing. A+. Would definitely use this location again

Friendly, helpful and efficient employees. When I was there one day, and I’ve been there at least 8 -10 times, a customer came in and was verbally harassing two of the staff by saying something culturally offensive. He was mad because they were unable to legally do what he wanted. I intervened as it was totally inappropriate, as he left. Those two employees handled the situation with class and professionalism.

Extremely friendly and patient staff. For the life of me I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me because it was so unique - it started with an E. But I had about 15 items to return and she helped me navigate the process. Was beyond patient as I had a uniquely complex situation. Have visited multiple times and each time she is so pleasant and has a warm smile. 10/10. Would recommend if you want a good customer service experience

The owners of this UPS store are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I’ve been going to this UPS store for a few years now and keep going back because of the owners and great service they provide. I have shipped many packages with them but I mainly use them for Amazon returns. The gentleman now recognizes my car and will come out to meet me and help with my packages. This is a level of service that is unheard of, especially nowadays!! I can recommend this particular UPS store without any hesitation!! If you have any shipping, mailing, shredding, copying, notary, computer, basically almost any office need [see the UPS store’s commercials and advertisements], do not hesitate to go to this UPS store!!

Refused service. I arrived at 6:56 pm to quick print and they said they had already turned off the printers and were almost done running the close down program. I have never gone to a business that says they stay open until a published time and have them refuse service before closing.

The owners/employees of this store are the most professional, helpful, respectful and kind you will find anywhere. I have used them in the last month for shredding, shipping, notarial services and they've done everything perfectly. It's like having your own little office space.

The people at this UPS store are professional, helpful, thoughtful, kind, and friendly. I've visited here three times in the past three weeks, first to ship packages, and then two times with shredding. Now that he knows my car, the gentleman comes out to help me! I would highly recommend this place of business!

I parked in the “ups parking spot” the designated ones. Henry Rodriguez literally watched me and my family from the window for at least 7 minutes. In the meantime I was gathering my packages. As I am walking to the store he walks to the door and tells my dad that “we can’t park there”… mind you we had packages… he proceeded to say that he was going to “call the cops” on us for parking in the ups parking lot when we had packages to be returned clear as day in our hands… After his intimidating speech he hid like a little girl that can’t take the heat of his own wrong doings. It felt racially motivated… and Edgly Lemus…. No help whatsoever. She genuinely seemed decent but he definitely ruins her reputation.
