I recommend this site 100% since I am very satisfied with the order already on other occasions and purchased and the truth is that their arrangements have a life of their own since they are prepared with love and dedication, also very apart from everything, the girl, Sonia, is very kind and helpful and on time I would place my order again here in this store greetings and thank you very much

I had never done business here before, so I read the reviews and was impressed. I tried calling but it went into VM. So I proceeded to their online ordering. I selected a dozen Red roses but when I tried to add them to the cart I discovered they weren't available until after May 20. I missed that. Then I was stuck trusting a floral designer to "assemble a beautiful selection of flowers". I only order flowers out of town about once a year, but I have never heard of such a thing. I begrudgingly agreed to it since I was already invested. Next I entered my payment info. My next choice was "place order".or "review order". I selected review order and noticed the price was roughly $40 higher! Upon further inspection I realized they had added a $20 delivery fee (when there's a banner across the homepage of the order page saying "free local delivery*". When I clicked on the asterisk it noted that this is for Fort Myers area only, which mine was. Then I noticed my flower category had been upgraded by $20. I wasn't about to turn over control of my flower selection and pay $130! So my advice is pick a different florist unless you want to subject yourself to the old "Bait and Switch".

Called this morning from NJ for a bouquet to be delivered this afternoon for my Mother's 80th Birthday. I explained the colors that I wanted and for it to be delivered in the afternoon. Bouquet is BEAUTIFUL and delivered when promised. My Mother said it's the most beautiful bouquet she's ever gotten! Thank you so much for creating something so special when I couldn't be with my Mother on her birthday.

I called after typical hours on Friday and Sonya the owner answered and was so sweet and sincere and genuinely happy to help me. She put together a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s 82nd birthday and made it very special since I could not be there. I would highly recommend we support these wonderfully caring business owners!

Gifting flowers by ordering online is often risky. Most of the time, when the recipient sends me a photo of what they received, it disappoints, looking nothing like the photo of what I had ordered. My experience with The Paradise of Flowers was the opposite. When they realized they didn't have the flowers to make the exact arrangement I requested, they contacted me by text to discuss other options. The final product, a photo of which the florist texted me prior to delivery, was far better! This is a business that clearly cares its customers and wants repeat business. I will be back!

The Paradise of Flowers made my wedding dreams come true! I gave several inspo photos but the my final arrangements were even better than the ones I found on Pinterest. Three months later I still think about the beautiful designs she created ?? She worked with our budget and gave me the flowers I’ve always wanted.
