Two staff members were making jokes about me as I was looking for pants. This lady said "I guess the size wasn't the problem!" and this man replied back to her "It's just right over your head" that happened right after I asked him where I could find sizes 6/7.That was not the first time this store's staff was rude to me - customer!I rather go anywhere else than this place ever again. Very low class!

The WORST purchasing experience I have ever had. I placed 2 orders on Black Friday and one arrived incomplete and the other never arrived. The worst thing is that I run out of the products because they can't resend the order and now all the sizes are sold out. In the store they didn't give me help because the purchase was online and over the phone they refunded my money in rewards which no longer works for me because they no longer have the products in stock. I DO NOT recommend buying here.

The staff was absolutely awful. I stood up front to check out for 5 min while the employees just talked in the back. Made eye contact several times with the gentleman working and acted like he didn’t even see me. Finally I threw the clothes on the counter and walked out.

I ordered some sandals for my daughters online, I called customer support before going into the store to ask how can I get an exchange so I went and the First Lady was already rude from the moment I said I wanted to do an exchange and I didn’t have the tag for the sandal but had my receipt so she then went to get the manager which was a young girl and when approached me she was rude as well all serious like if she was bothered she then grabbed the sandals looked at them and had the audacity to ask if they were worn when I clearly said I need a bigger size the all she asked was if I had the card I made the purchase with and to put it in didn’t ask what I wanted to do or anything just automatically did a refund, super horrible customer service and I will be making a complaint.

I go edison mall the children's place 2 time last Sunday and today Friday , two time is closed but theres always people inside. In that case this store should stay close forever.

I purchased a shirt for my son that said 40% off and she told me it wasn't... So I brushed it off because I liked the shirt. Got home and it says online that it in fact 40% off and she said I was wrong and they don't price match and was very rude! I will never go here again. Steer clear and just buy online

If I could give no stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service at the Edison Mall store in Fort Myers Florida. I placed an order online that I needed to return, when I went to the store to do so it was closed due to COVID. When I called to see if I could still go, the lady on the phone would not let me speak, she kept speaking over me and repeating the 45 day return policy. I tried to explain that when I went the store was closed and she would not let me speak, she just kept repeating herself and cutting me off. On top of that terrible employee, I still have to go to the store, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online, because one of the items was delivered with the security tag on it. Customer service is as important as the product being purchased, and they failed on both parts. They have lost a customer for life.

The clothing is adorable & nice quality BUT....if you order online, be prepared to WAIT. If you need something for a birthday or event, make sure you order 2 months ahead!I placed an order on May 11th, 2020, and received half of it, but as of today, June 7th, I have not received the rest. This was for a gift I needed for a party YESTERDAY, so I had to run to a local store, wearing my mask, risking my health during the pandemic, to get a gift.I have contacted Customer service NUMEROUS TIMES with NO FOLLOW-UP!!! No response at all!!!! I will NEVER order online every again!!!

I ordered online and was worried my items wouldn't arrive. The email said 10 days, so I got nervous when the 8th day came and said it was still in process and not shipped yet. I called, and they had a high volume wait which was frustrating, but it is the beginning of the school year and I get it. Talk to a representative and they assured me that they are busy with orders, and the 10 days is how many days to be shipped. He said in that case they usally have it shipped fast once processed. To my relief, it came a few days later and the shipping was fast. I gave them 5 stars because they always have a excellent selection of clothes, great prices, and yes it is slow to deliver this time of year, but they do give complimentary shipping. I will be ordering again, but knowing it will take a few weeks.

Small store, but they have some of the best prices for childrens clothing. The uniforms here fit better and feel better and the prices are good. You can shop online and pick up in store. They have great cash back deals for future purchases. The quality of the clothing is good and lasts. We are frequent shoppers here. Having 4 kids this place save us money .

Bad costumer service went there and they could not get the anti theft tag off a pants therefore a lady named Victoria threw it at another employee and asked if there is another similar one. I walked out..
