Really hard for me to shipt shop and do my job when they employees don’t have anything open or set up even though they have been open for over 40 minutes even turned the lights off after people where in the store employees are more worried about hanging out and talking extremely unprofessional

I shop here every time I come down to fort myers and it’s always pleasant to shop at a clean and organized Target. On this day (05/22/2024) I had brought my youngest to pickup a couple things and he was crying over a dinosaur toy he wanted while I was trying to self checkout. I wanted to calm him down and get out of there as fast as I could. No it wasn’t a fit he was just crying and expressing that he was upset so I totally understand as I have been upset over things myself in the past. While he cried Toya came over and offered some stickers and a goodie to help me out. I can’t thank her enough for being so kind and sweet to us. I did call to give her a shoutout but the line was busy so if Target could do it themselves that would be great! Thanks Toya!

Target makes shopping so easy. I can go here and get everything I need at a reasonable price. Their good & gather line consistently exceeds expectations, compared to great value which makes my stomach hurt from all the chemicals. They don’t have as good of coupons/deals as Publix, but also their regular prices are way better. I can still get out of Target under $100 for a week of groceries. I can’t do that at Publix and it’s a close call at Walmart.

I had a poor experience today. All the self-checkout lanes were closed, and when an elderly woman inquired about them reopening, the staff responded rudely. After she departed, the manager and cashiers spent time speaking negatively about her. I wouldn't recommend this location—it's the only retail store where I consistently encounter long lines.

Love Target. My four year old says it’s his favorite store, the cashier took care of checking him out even though her light was off , because she knew he didn't know ;-) . She was amazing as they chatted away <3

If you’re going here for household care, cosmetics/bodycare, non-perishables, etc. then it’s fine at a push. IF YOU’RE BUYING PRODUCE OR PERISHABLE FOODS - I would look elsewhere. It’s absolutely atrocious in terms of quality control. I ordered drive-up today and my chives, basil, and spinach were ALL ROTTING. I’m talking brown, slimy, mold growing on it. It was awful. Also please teach your drop-off staff to not wait outside in the Florida heat while there are things like cream and soft cheeses and perishables in the cart; that should be a given.

Clean out the plastic trash and other different types of garbage on your parking area! Also, how don't you notice the piles of leaves mixed with trash around the store?!

Waited for 20 minutes for help buying a video game. Useless employees just kept paging someone and scurrying off as if I was a nuisance. What an amazing hassle. Ended up purchasing from Amazon since every single employee kept passing the buck and basically refused to help me.

Target is in the same shopping center as menchies frozen yogurt and it's amazing ! Plenty of products diverse and always frid fly staff

I’m just not a fan. I like their clothes, usually good quality, fair prices but I rarely shop here for clothes. Their food is much more expensive than other places, and this particular store had atrocious bathrooms.

This Target is the best! The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly
