My worst experience ever!!! Coleman, the store manager, is unbelievable rude and disgusting, he was trying to remove with his hand the food remnants stuck between teeth after lunch while touching my internet modem. He buried half of his hand in his mouth 3 times! it was so gross it made me nauseous!!! when I asked politely to please not do it again, he went ballistic and told me to leave the store. I replied that I was a customer with a problem and I needed a solution. He then told me that he was calling the police! The police indeed showed up half an hour later while I was talking to a T mobile operator on my phone. Without asking me any questions, the police told me that Coleman was accusing me of trespassing the store!! I replied that the store was a public place and I had not misbehaved at all. The police told me that if I didn't leave the place, I was going to be arrested!! I have never been so humiliated in my entire life!! I am a female physician that has always been appreciated by my friends, coworkers and patients. I have never even had a speeding ticket!!! I am in shock and disbelief!! I am certain Coleman dared to treat me like this because I am a hispanic woman, I could sense a racist condescending way from the beginning. As a physician, I can tell that his reaction is not of a normal person, it seemed to me that he was probably under the influence of drugs. My advice to T mobile is to get rid of this individual with such poor manners, he is the worst representation of your company!!!

Coleman. The manager. The worst. Literally could not take simple information down properly. This dude worries more about his next vape hit than actually trying to be helpful. Ordered a new phone and was told it would be delivered within two days. Also he couldn’t even transfer the proper address from my account as delivery address so now my two day wait is still out there in limbo. Delivery driver can just have it at this point.Next day update: UPS said tmobile called and said to return the package. Coleman is a true scumbag. I will honestly go out of my way to get him fired.

Going to cellphone stores is one of my least favorite things but this store is different. Coleman knows his products and got me in and out of his store in a few minutes with exactly what I needed. Another thing I noticed while there was how happy and satisfied the other customers were who were also working with him and his staff. It was just bizarre but in a good way lol.

This place was fantastic. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Lacey Rachel and Coleman were unbelievably patient. We have been with T-Mobile for 10 plus years and they are exactly why we won’t switch. Thank you guys

While visiting in Fort Myers, FL I had the pleasant experience of stopping in this particular store in Iona. My phone went wonky and had to go in to get a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by a warm greeting from both Dom and Jaden. They were the two technical experts working in the store. Jaden was awesome as he quickly went to work to transfer my information into the new phone and we engaged in pleasant conversation. I noted that Dom was helping other customers in the same professional and delightful manner. They were a joy and a huge asset to the store! It wasn't long and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day! THANK YOU to Jaden and Dom for your professional and delightful care to T-Mobile customers like me. I wish you were in Minneapolis, I would go in just to say Hi if I could!

Terrible. I think the guy was pushing for unnecessary monthly cell services (to set up cell phone function on Samsung Galaxy Watch 5) when I went with my 93 year old Dad to update his very old cell phone so he could connect to the latest Samsung watch (with loads of health and phone functions).It took a CRAZY long time to set up the new phone service and just as the T-Mobile guy was about to connect the watch, he said it wasn't "the right watch" for cell service --- but he still insisted we HAVE TO CONNECT TO MONTHLY CELL SERVICE to operate the phone function on the watch. What the heck?Samsung advertises that the Watch 5 (latest version) has the phone function, but it actually DOES NOT HAVE THE FUNCTION?Didn't make sense. I think wi-fi would work (just like with my personal watch, which is much cheaper brand), but once the store guy convinced us we needed cell service for the Watch (with separate phone number), he was stuck when my Dad's Watch 5 didn't have the cell phone functionality (probably need Watch 5 Pro).My dad decided not to buy ANYTHING and then it took a couple MORE trips to T-Mobile to reset everything back to what he had in the first place. WHAT????Thanks T-Mobile (for nothing), I was trying to find a way to help my parents (both in their mid ninities) to be safe and healthy with very useful Samsung watch and instead just wasted a bunch of time and money.

Very rude customer service. I'd rather go to a different location. The lady working here wasn't very friendly and wouldn't help me with my upgrade, I asked her if another T-Mobile had a certain phone and she couldn't give me any information.

This is probably the worst Tmobile I have ever been to. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have had a lot of great interactions at other locations. I activated at this store and when I came back because they messed up my promotion they told me that they couldn't correct it there because they weren't a corporate store and told me to drive to a store that was 20 minutes away. Another customer was there at the same time with a similar issue and they told her the same thing as well. When I got to the store they tood mentor go to, the employee there let me know that all they get is issues from this store and it was only a 5 min fix to get everything corrected. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Went around 730 tonight on 8/20/22 to take care of a situation with my plan that got screwed over by another associate in a different state. Jonathan and his manager (I didn't catch his name sorry) fought with customer service to fix the problem and didn't let up til it got taken care of. The customer service was superb! Thank you again!
