Edit on positive review!Two days after in store help from Bebe.My replacement watch came in and I was rejected exchange for an imperfection on the glass. I am furious after hours invested in getting the runaround!T-mobile has no regard for long-term customers. Almost 20 years and countless phones and this watch problem has proven that companies don't care about customers other than the monthly fee they collect. Between the service issues and the watch issues I have over ten hours of my time waisted. My time is valuable and T-mobile could care less. I am done with them. If I am to get bad, bad service I should be paying less and I will.Bebe was so helpful in get things straight with my smart watch malfunction and setting me up to have my data secured and helping with the warranty.

Si i went to this store and joavanni assisted me I was asking for some issues that I had with my Apple Watches and he send me to the store that I bought them, that store is shut down I went to the store in Lehigh Acres and they were more then happy to help me.

Tried telling me I had to trade in my perfectly working phone because they couldn't switch my sim after they threw it away. Went to a different store near best buy off 41 and they took care of everything in minutes.

i went in hoping to add a new line. i had all required elements to open a new line. A separate location helped me with no issueThe retail manager’s name is Coleman Griffin. I’ve never experience a worse human at customer service at any point. He started by being rude to the woman i was with. when I addressed his rude nature of articulation he thought he was in some form of a position of power and said “i don’t care”He may not care. T mobile should care. His obvious and unacceptable actions have been a clear and blatant display of someone who isn’t held accountable for his actions. i hope the universe coincidentally places us in a situation where we can discuss this one day. i’m sure he won’t have such bravado at that point though.

by far the worst customer experience i've ever had. Coleman Griffin is the retail store manager. if you encounter him be aware he's rude to women and when you mention that you don't appreciate a man being rude to a woman his reply may be similar to the one i received which was "i don't care" i don't care either. i hope one day someone addresses his rude behavior because when i addressed it he played victim even though i was respectful professional and provided him clear easy communication. i maintained my own composure inside of the place of business to not make anyone else uncomfortable but i hope to see him again one day on accident to discuss this blatant disrespect he's so comfortable having.

Took a while but I the staff there were super nice Yojancis (I hope I spelt it right) Coleman and another other trainee I forgot her name were super helpful and were determined to keep on trying so thank you guys! Very happy with my new iPhone.

Came in super angry and the manager coleman (hope i got his name right) was one of the kindest most helpful people I have had in awhile. Give him a raise he went above and beyond to help me and totally turned my experience with T Mobile around. Did I say give him a raise a true professional. Thank you again

Aiden and Mike were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They explained plans and the difference between iPhones and our Samsung. We switched providers, phone types, and purchased iPhones and phone covers. They were so patient with us and deserve a bonus!!! There was another guy there that wasn’t patient at all. Employees like Aiden and Mike are hard to find. They are the best!

I went in with some problems with my smartwatch and Aiden helped me out with everything I needed and more it took less than 15 minutes to work his magic! Great customer service and very knowledgeable!!!
