TRUIST is the WORST! Their marketing slogan should be.....WE ARE SO SORRY! That is their mantra. I have spent my valuable time on calls for numerous problems over the past year. They blame the previous rep I spoke to and nothing gets resolve. WE ARE SO SORRY. NO you are not sorry, you are incompetent, you hire incompetent people or you don't train them adequately! If they didn't have my mortgage business, I would be gone!!!! They don't even deserve one star! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I decided to go to this branch because I was in town and WOW! What a Friendly staff, they were professional and quick service even though there was only one person at teller and front desk and the other woman was training. Kudos! Job well done

Very disappointed in the transition and the complete lack of service they now provide since it became Truist. No accountability or anyone available that can assist with a deposit issue. Been with SunTrust for 20 years but plan to move everything out.

I am now stuck with Truist. I was with SunTrust for over 30 years. I have gone through more CRAP trying to straighten my account out in the last 3 months than I ever had with SunTrust. I find that it is interesting that Truist have not replied to any of the negative reviews

I have been with Suntrust for years. Now they are Truist. The worst! I can't get into my online account. The automated system said they would send a code twice and never did. To speak to a person the hold time was 40 minutes. I have had nothing but trouble since Truist took over. Will be changing banks.

Suntrust and BB&T Bank are now Truist Bank. Merger/acquisition issues almost always develop. Customer service is crucial to avoid confusion. This branch is located next to animal hospital and near the Chase Bank at Daniels Crossing. Open WD 9am-4pm and until 6pm Fridays. (239) 895-0759 is the correct phone number. Outside signage changes urgently needed. The lobby is open. This is the closest branch to the Fiddlesticks Branch whose lobby is now closed without appointment. The drive thru is still open there until late February.
