We spent months looking for outdoor furniture for our lanai and pool deck. There were a lot of choices but after much consideration we decided to go with Suncoast Patio aluminum furniture - we felt they had the best quality for what we were looking for, they had a great selection of finishes and fabrics and they made the whole process really easy - Jessica ,our sales rep, was fantastic. We purchased an umbrella and 16 pieces consisting of a dining table, 6 swivel chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 4 reclining chairs with 2 ottomans mid-September and they arrived on their estimated date of delivery. I highly recommend Suncoast Patio Furniture!

Purchased a patio dining set and powder coating peeling off in chunks down to metal frame. The set received minimal use (retiree couple), well maintained, located on a covered balcony with NW exposure, not on the ocean. Storm shutters closed nightly in inclement weather -- never gets wet. The set was expensive and truly feel the paint/powder coating was defective. Suncoast does not stand behind their products. Customer service is not responsive. Had to follow-up numerous times to get a response.

Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their product and not assist when you have issues. We purchased several outdoor sling chairs. A screw on the seat of one of the chairs completely broke. So the chair cannot be used since the seat wont support a person. The solder on the side the chair makes it impossible to put a new screw and bolt in. We called the company and they said they don't warranty the screw that they used to put their chair together and told me to find and pay someone to drill out the solder. They told us to email someone else at the company which we did. No response from anyone. We now have a useless chair.

We have been trying to get information about ordering replacement cushions for our 4 suncoast San Marco chairs. four weeks now, many phone calls and emails and can’t get information from anyone. Only one phone call answered. Told me to email a particular person. I did. No response. Normally, no phone calls even answered. I have left over 10 voicemails to no satisfaction

Beautiful furniture yes. But something that was supposed to take 4-5 weeks is now on week number 9. I have literally gotten 8 different excuses as to why. Customer service is sorely lacking. It’s a shame. I’m so frustrated.

A little hard to find but worth it. Plenty of clearance items to choose from in the showroom. Delivery with online and telephone orders. Repair of similar products.

Ordered a custom aluminum and sling back chair outdoor dining set in early March 2021. They said 4-6 weeks to delivery. It’s now almost 16 weeks—no set, no word from them. Called a month ago-no one returned my call. Same thing today. RUN DONT WALK AWAY!Update on review: did finally get the outdoor dining set right after I wrote review. It is beautiful—seems well made. They need to communicate better! Time will tell about quality. Send pic later.

Ordered a custom outdoor dining set in mid-March 2021. Was promised 4-6 week delivery. Gave 1/2 in deposit. They haven't returned any of my phone calls--including today's. It's been nearly 16 weeks and nothing. RUN DONT WALK AWAY!!!!

We ordered an entire complement of pool furniture for a medium sized condo complex with a large pool - chaise lounges, chairs, tables, umbrellas. The quality of the products is excellent and the service was outstanding. Everything is attractive and comfortable. We would definitely use them again.

We have Suncoast patio furniture that was due for an update. Eileen at Suncoast helped us through the process of choosing new chair fabric and installing the slings ourselves - which saved a lot of money! The delivery was flawless. The materials are a great quality and value. The instructions and photos made installation easy. Highly recommend this business!

As I drive around my condo community, it's amazing how many units have their furniture and I'm one of them! I think there are several reasons.1. The quality is extremely high. The fit and finish of everything is superb.2. The selection is enormous! So many styles and colors and fabrics to please just about everyone.3. The durability is legendary! This beautiful furniture really stands the test of time.4. Its American Made and the company is Florida based in Fort Myers. How cool is that!I've been an incredibly happy owner for many years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that appreciates a quality product.

Ordered new sling material for my 20 year old set. The order process was great. The material arrived in three weeks with all of the other parts I ordered. It took only a day for this novice to do four chairs. They provided the instructions and it was easy, better than buying a new set.
