Although I ran into some issues regarding my account I can say that the patience and professionalism of my member advocate, Lesly M was exceptional. It made what could have been an unpleasant visit a positive one. It’s hard to find the 1:1 attention anymore at establish but she went out of her way to resolve an issue that would have resulted in closing my account. Good customer service is hard to find and this will keep me coming back.

It’s crazy to say I love coming to a bank but I this one I definitely do. Every bank, Wells Fargo, bank of American has been terrible to me but here Everyone’s such a pleasure to work with. They’re all super friendly and informative. I always ask for Sandra cause she’s the sweetest rep here. Everyone is so great. Thank you guys for being the best bank location! 5/5 stars definitely recommend getting an account with them!

I just wanted to take a minute to give some great feedback on Suncoast credit Union because I know banks usually don’t have the best reputation for customers having great experiences. I want to give a special shout out to Fiona, she has always been excellent at what she does and representatives like her are exactly why I choose to bank at Suncoast. Instead of just feeling like another number, she actually makes me feel like a customer at a small town bank, which is how everybody wants to be treated. I also bank at other institutions and I honestly wish that they had the same type ofcustomer service. Thanks Fiona!

I’ve been banking with Suncoast since I was 16 and I just want to take a moment to recognize Fiona Khan Clarke at this Suncoast Branch.
