Have my auto insurance with them , I recently had to get a new bank card so my payment came back on my most recent one . Did not have one call or email to notify me that my insurance was cancelled. Then when I do try to see how much it is to reinstate $400 down payment . I will be taking my business elsewhere .

Hurricanes produce a lot of work for agents. I was promised someone would call me over and over again and no one did. The worst follow up I have ever seen. Possibly inexperienced people I don’t know. But I had to find my own insurance. Very stressful.

State Insurance with Blake, Josh, and Linda have helped over the years to have the right coverage for my ever changing needs. They have helped me with personal home and vehicle coverage and helped navigate the world of business GL and WC, and even classic cars.I would recommend Blake, Josh and team to my friends, and trust them with my family’s needs. Oh yeah, already did that last year as we reached to Josh to help arrange coverage for my Mom’s new condo.

After the hurricane it was impossible to reach my insurance adjuster. Josh, however, assisted me multiple times and helped me get everything in place for a fairly quick and painless claim. This above and beyond service is what sets State Insurance aside. I can’t fathom some of these bad reviews, these are obviously from some folks who don’t have a clue. State Insurance USA FTW!

Great and reliable insurance office with awesome staff. Not only do they hold my policies, they are one of the only insurance offices I am comfortable referring my clients too. I have been working with them personally for almost 7 years and professionally around 5 years and they have been great. Their clients always speak highly of them and everyone I have referred to them has been well taken care of. I required your help to receive the final payment re:hurricane Ian damage. After a month your response was “the contact info is below”. That’s the very least you could do. Extremely disappointed. Also noticed your response was one day after you cashed my cheque for 2023-24 home insurance. Hope you treat your other customers better.

Eric and Gail were a huge help. They looked at our auto policies and found better coverage and an annual plan that cut our bill over $700! Top notch customer service. What you get when you go local. Big box state farm my family had over 60 years in Naples only asked us when we were canceling. Sad. But kudos State Insurance!!!
