Actually the best Starbucks we have been to as far as service. The gentleman that took our order this morning was very professional,kind and patient. When we got our order the gal was very pleasant. Drive-thru went fast as well. No corners were cut. Reminded me of the way Starbucks use to be. Wish I lived in this area as we would go back.

If you got 20 minutes to wait for two coffee drinks this is your spot Starbucks needs to get their shirt together you care about people not even there yet more than people in your store you suck big time

Really bad drinks no flavor of coffee the Frappuccino tasted horrible even after I went back to have it redone.

We waited 5 mins to attempt to give our order- when no one came to take our order we left but sadly were stuck behind 2 cars. We have been sitting in line for 9 additional minutes now just trying to leave. Never in my life have I been to a Starbucks with this bad service & never will I return here. 15 mins wasted for no reason.

The service is unpredictable. I've had good and really bad.1 person made us wait. I couldn't figure out why they just needed to reach across the counter and hand us what we ordered. I left thinking maybe because I didn't leave a tip. But that's a problem. Why ask for a tip before you give us service? Give us the service first, and then we'll consider whether to tip you.

Mgt needs to address training. I saw employee pickup, drop pot that showed with light blink and timer it needed to be redone. Lifting and dropping resets to appear fresh. Too expensive to cheat folks if that's what happened.

I live very close to this Starbucks so they see me pretty much everyday. I cannot say enough good things about the team at this Starbucks. The people here are always so nice. They have gotten to know me and say hello to me anytime I come in to grab my coffee each morning. Today was a little bit of a bad day for me and I spilled my iced coffee when I exited the Starbucks. I came back inside to order another one and they actually made me another one completely free. That was so incredibly kind of them. I wish I was their CEO. I would give them all raises. That is how much I really appreciate the simple kindness I receive from this place each day. Thank you guys. Seriously.

Waited probably 40ish minutes in the drive thru. They didn’t have any whipped cream for the frappuccino’s (why didn’t the app warn us this when we pre-ordered?) and they gave us not the normal frappuccino cover but the one where you have to tip it to get the drink to come out. It won’t fit a straw, but it’s hard to drink a slushy type drink just by tipping the cup back. Cannot believe this location is still in business.
