absolutely the worst place ever to take your car too .do not go there at all . they are liars and im a local car dealer in the area and go there a few times a week , i bring in a nissan quest and the blower brakes my 3rd brake light into a million pieces. the 3 employees working there said dont worry we will get it taken care of for you , the owner will call you monday ... waited 6 days and no call , i call myself and the employee lets owner im on the phone and owner yelling in the backround that hes not paying for anything. what a disgusting display of running a business .. stay far away from that dump , typical theives and liars

I came in to purchase the unlimited pass on 4/1/23.. the price they have on the building isn't the price that they charge. I was told the sign was outdated and they wouldn't honor the price so I was charged more for the pass..That should've been my first red flag. I came in to get the car washed and was told the system is down and they are turning people away because they can't scan passes into the system. So I'm paying for a service I can't use.. when I asked questions the worker was a broken record saying I don't know. Do you know if I can get compensated, maybe a credit, "I don't know", is there somebody else I can talk to, "I don't know".. can I talk to the manager or owner? "I can't give out the information" is there a day I can call and speak to them? "Next week sometime" do you have a business card I can have? "You'll have to look up the information yourself" - Lesson learned

Very below average cleaning done on my SUV. Paid the premium price for inside and outside cleaning. Had lots of dirt still on my SUV after they said it was done. Pointed it out after they told me my vehicle was ready. Had to go over all the places they missed for nearly 10 minutes. No attention to detail or pride in their work. They were rushing trying to get the next vehicle. Would not recommend them.

Very professional. One of the few places in the area that I found cleaned the interior windows and dash. Did a great job on the interior and exterior. Highly recommend them.

Easy to get to, good price, great service. My truck was filthy, and one pass cleaned it completely. Definitely will go again.

I had a great experience a Platinum. I'd been looking for a new place to get my car washed since the place I had been using changed ownership and the quality had greatly declined. I opted to have the interior and exterior cleaned for a little Merry Christmas to me. Everything was clean, shiny and smelled so nice. The employees were very friendly. I will be back for sure!!

DON'T COME HERE, new owners are not responsible or trustworthy. Yes, other positive reviews about their hard working staff are true! But I was overcharged for months (monthly customer) and new owner not only refused to correct it, but seemed to have cared less. I own & ran three private schools for 30 years, so I'm qualified to say you can't run a business for long without honor or trust. Think about it - if they damaged your car in their automated drive through (not saying it happened to me) but if it did - could you trust these owners to do the right thing? I highly recommend you take your vehicles somewhere else, like I am now. The owner did come back to me a second time, while I was writing this and did a little better (I'll give her that) but I'm still gone.

Would have given higher star rating except for the length of time it took. I watched those who had come before, with and after me all get done and leave and waited....... I was there an hour and a half before yay there's my car. Never waited so long to get my car vacuumed and washed. They did however do a great job.

They were very nice. Did not have to wait so that was good. But I noticed they didn't dry it good enough because I got streaks going down it. Other than that they did a good job

That response is an absolute LIE!! We literally pulled into the parking lot at Arby's next door and turned around and walked back in 5 minutes after we picked it up. Maybe you're confusing us with someone else you ripped off? The window was fully functioning when we left it there. The truck was was indeed dirty but fully operational. The reason it took three days is because YOU didn't have a detail person, as he was off the next day. Its a reasonable expectation your vehicles is safe and won't be damaged when left in the care of a business. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND CROOKED. YOURE LUCKY YOU HAVENT BEEN SUED YET. Steer clear of this dirty business.
