I had such a wonderful Christmas shopping experience at Costco with this T-Mobile team. I switched over my family plan from AT&T. Michel runs an excellent team because of his relationships and experience. He helped me solve some unusual challenges and gave me a great deal on my plan! He sent Daniel to assist me in other matters which I greatly appreciate but it was Daisy who helped me with the process from signup to phone delivery. I felt she went above and beyond for me so thank you. I highly recommend visiting their T-Mobile store or their kiosk at Fort Myers Costco.

Long wait, customer service has to improve, even if they have people available, I was next in line, took me almost 50 min for they to call my name.

WE WANT SPRINT BACK!!T mobile stores will not help you unless you're buying something. They must be commission based pay. Also, they wanted my drivers license, but i didn't have it in my wallet, and they wouldn't accept a picture of it and I had given them my pin and answered security questions.They made me go back to the office where I called, and everything was handled with no problems.. No drivers license was needed. I don't get it!T MOBILE WILL GASLIGHT ANY SITUATION THAT REQUIRES A LITTLE WORK.ALSO T MOBILE IS FAMOUS FOR SELLING YOU A PHONE AT ONE COST THEM RIGHTING A CONTRACT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I BUSTED THEM ON MY LAST PHONE ( ZFOLD ) THAT I WAS TO PAY 600.00 WITH SAMSUNGS PROMOTION OF 1200.00 OFF.THEY TURNED IT BACK TO FULL PRICE...... SCREW THEM WR ARE OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS IT WORKS IN OUR FAVOR......

I just traded in my old phone with Daisy at this T-Mobile store. I was shocked how quickly buying the new phone and transferring the data was! Daisy provided excellent customer service and was very friendly! T-Mobile should be proud to have her for an employee! This T-Mobile location is the BEST for outstanding help! I am thrilled with the smooth transaction this was!

Service was great and the change over to our new phones was handled very nicely.Nicole was very helpful with the entire process of purchasing new phones and getting the data transfer done on the phones.We have been very pleased with T-Mobile and the service offered.

Mike Sievert, be proud, your army of customer service is hard at work deceiving and victimizing the public. Victims can expect to be lured by a falsified coverage map, tricked into trading in their phones which T-Mobile refuses to return or compensate them for, they lie about eligibility for programs when you switch. Their evil and unscrupulous tactics are so well known in the industry that verizon reps are reluctant to port a new phone on their service because T-Mobile may refuse to accept a return on the new phone— because you are no longer a T-Mobile client. Victims should not expect the sales rep, store manager to return calls. Expect them to refuse to provide you with contact to the district manager or regional manager. Expect to be chastised if you are old, not tech savvy or live in rural area hours from their crime headquarters. They need to be honest, they need a way to compensate victims for the phones they have stolen and refuse to return, I need and deserve cell coverage—my health, welfare and life may depend on it considering my age and location. Does anyone know Mike Sieverts address? I’d like to talk to him and look him in the eye to see if he has a soul.

Slow unattentive service. Sales people just chatted and didn't pay attention to the customers. Spend 20 minutes and they started servicing the new customers ignoring us.

I could not be more pleased with T-Mobile. I first worked with Jose who explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Unfortunately, the unit didn’t work out for me, but Andrew could not have been kinder or more efficient and encouraging while dealing with this return. I had heard that T Mobile has excellent customer service, and it is absolutely true.

I went into this T-mobile trying to look for a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. As soon as I walked through the door we were told to wait for help and I did so. A person walked in after us and was immediately helped with his watch, while we were sitting right next to him not being helped. After this certain employee was done helping her customers she decided to ignore us and go on her phone and stand there and not help us. Waited 30 mins just for them to tell me I have to buy the phone online. Waste of MY TIME. Employees were unprofessional, did not care. Do not recommend.

I've been in this store a couple of times now and have nothing but great things to say about the service. As a family that has been with Verizon for over 20 years until recently, I must say the deals at T-Mobile (especially through Costco - which this store backs up) are unbelievable. Bye, bye, Verizon!
