ZERO STARS: My son received the worse hair cut he's ever from this location. The sides are extremely uneven and stylist didn't listen or follow photos provided.

The team here were very welcoming. The manager here is so fast and talented, took her no longer than fifteen minutes for her to finish my hair and service. She was able to really read my hair and understand the image I was going for.

I got a haircut from Lisa. Pretty bad experience. Very rushed, whole thing took less than 10 minutes, although I was charged for the full-price MVP cut. Not a very thorough job, missed some spots. Sent me out with my hair still soaking wet. I recommend you avoid this location, or at least avoid Lisa. My hair looks like a ten year old cut it.

Very Poor Experience. No wait sign was lit yet i waited 30 minutes before being told to wait more. No consideration or respect for someone's time:
I was stopping for lunch and saw that they had a "No Wait" sign lit, and I've been looking for a new barber shop so decided to go in.
Walk in and there is 1 person waiting already, ok, no big deal, won't be long right, so I check in.
At this point I receive no acknowledgment from the staff as well as no indication of how long the wait would be as I selected next available.
After about 15 minutes, 2 guys walk in separately and check in.
10 more minutes go by. One guys gets called which I thought was odd. After a few more minutes the other guy gets called so I speak up.
At this point is the FIRST TIME an employee acknowledges me after being in the establishment almost 30 minutes only for them to tell me I had to wait because the other people checked in online. I understand people can have appointments, but there should be some indication there will be a wait.
1) Don't display no wait signs then expect people to wait almost an hour
2)if your going to allow people to "skip" the line with online check in, you should have some indication in store how long the wait actually is
3) Acknowledge people when they are there to patronize your business. AT THE VERY LEAST they can give walk ins a heads up that there online people ahead of them. ESPECIALLY when the "No Wait" sign is lit.

I was checked in for almost 40 mins, #1 on the waitlist for 20 mins and both the stylist working kept taking other customers before me and even took people that weren't even checked in. After 20 mins of being "next" and watching 5 people get their hair cut before me I gave up and went to barber crew down the street and got much better service.

Unfortunately l couldn’t go to my normal barber today so l stopped in today to get hair cut. the lady with red hair cut my hair she had this irritated attitude which l understand we all have bad days but she didn’t give me the hair cut I requested which was a size two guard on the sides a a little off the top but instead she does a rush job in 5 minutes to get me out of the chair buzzing my hair.Service: Haircut
