First of all the bed is amazing. Their phone support and online ordering is unbelievably efficient and everyone is very friendly. we had to do a return in the store of two pillows and that experience was seamless. Highly highly recommend.

The most expensive and bad mattresses in the world, I changed 4 times for different brands and they were all super bad. I finished paying 2 months ago and in the end it is useless, I have never bought one so expensive in my life ??????

HORRIBLE exp! I always thought you get what you pay for but this is not true with sleep number. I purchased the most expensive bed they offered and within 6 months it started going flat at night. I kept pumping it back up, tried to solve the prob myself with no luck. Called office, they told me they can’t help to call warranty office. Then they required me to purchase new air lines, test with caps, then I bought a new pump, still wake up on the hard frame. Now months later they say I’m out of warranty. If I want a tech to come out, I have to pay him to fix it AND pay for the new air mattress. It’s just over a year old and they could care less. I’ve had 3 back surgeries and my sleep score is under 40 for the YEAR AVERAGE! Absolutely ridiculous! They do not stand behind their product at all and really show that they don’t care either. Hide behind phones and scam you to pay more and more money then never follow up to find out of the problem was even fixed. ZERO FOLLOW UP! Not one call! Worst customer service exp I’ve ever had in my life and feel like I’ve been scammed!

Amazing store and Tim was the best !! He sold us on the bed with his honesty and care and concern for our needs . I don’t like salespeople and he was not a salesman at all just a person concerned about our needs And making sure we were getting the bed that fit our needs perfectly !!!! Once you lay down and find the perfect mattress you won’t leave without purchasing .

Sorry I don’t remember the associates, but he was friendl yet professional and he listened to us. This is the third sleep number bed we’ll have. We buy a new one when we move and need another bed.

Our experience with Tim was great. He had us try different mattresses and experience the unique features of a Sleep Number bed and helped us determine what our comfort level is. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. A very nice, no pressure experience. We are looking forward to getting our bed.

My rating is based on value. I don’t mind paying more for great service and warranty.I had to pay a prorate on the part and labor plus shipping on our feet warmers that failed after 2 only 2 years, actually 20 mouths.It took 5 days to get the part then they had to schedule the repair.I kick myself for doing it. I could have bout 5 feet warmers from Amazon and had them the next day.I didn’t find value in the warranty at all.

We went in with lots of questions. Our salesperson (Ted) not only educated us; but helped us decide what was the best fit for us. We would have purchased a bed without Ted but no doubt it would have been a bed we would have always regretted. We never felt pressured and we were allowed to sort through all of our questions and "what ifs" without a single reservation. Definetly an experience worth telling others about.
