Perfect experience for my wife and I this morning. The line up and stock for Comercial hard working women's shoes was great! The slip ons are solid and low fuss putting them on and they had her size! As my wife was trying them on we were greated by a very nice women asking if we needed help which we declined because we've been going there since they were located in the mall. I saw they were short staffed but we went to the counter and a very pleasant young lady was Johnny on the spot! The discount for Comercial shoes I consider a kindness by the owner.

The group that worked today on November 2nd 2024 between hours of 530 and 7 o'clock was a total bunch of clowns, allowing the customers that you see in the picture to do nothing but to continue shopping while they were standing at the register, making an elderly woman. Wait for 30 old minutes. Until they were done shopping instead of allowing the manager to me. A system, while other customers can be rang up. The manager did nothing about this and just I walked around the store, floating around like there was nothing to do. Finally, after saying something she finally did something for the elderly woman and then things sped up, but it took somebody actually saying something to the manager for her to stop walking around doing nothing.! Yall need more registers!

I have been wearing a pair of slip ins for a year and went in to replace them. 50 % off sale, bought 2. One of them had problems with. I went back to exchange, but forgot my receipt. They exchanged them with no problems.
