Staff was helpful in finding my size of shoe and suggested something that fit better.

Nice warehouse helpful staff .. but wish they would bring more of the "POPULAR SIZE" 13 OR 14 as they sell quickly!

I have been wearing a pair of slip ins for a year and went in to replace them. 50 % off sale, bought 2. One of them had problems with. I went back to exchange, but forgot my receipt. They exchanged them with no problems.
