I went there looking for a foundation and another few make up products. I’m so ignorant in the subject that I requested a bit of guidance and Izzy was phenomenal. I appreciate so much your help! Then, I was talking to another girl from the store and super nice too. I’m definitely coming back! ?????????

5 stars for Linda in Sephora! My mom and I walked in looking for makeovers to update our look. We were very fortunate to have Linda help us. Very knowledgeable about all the products and not pushy. We left feeling beautiful!

I was looking for a red lip gloss not many exist because mattes are in style. The three ladies that worked at Sephora on Sun evening were amazing. I think I tried every product they suggested in the store until I settled on Two Faced. I love it and it smells wonderful. Thank you ladies for your patience and not rushing me. I was also able to pick up my Sephora birthday gift. Outstanding customer service! I will return again.

Change your stupid return policy. I drove all the way half an hour, just to return a horrible stink of a perfume bought online. Of course “ it’s not returnable if it isn’t bought at Khol’s” That’s the most refarted thing I ever heard. You’re the same brand! You just make customers angry, not want to buy anything from you. And the next “stand alone” Sephora is in Bonita… lame AF.
Also be ware. This isn’t an “actual” Sephora. Nothing to choose from, limited selection, very tiny, few shelves. What a joke.

Opening a new Sephora store down the street from me is dangerous. I absolutely love the customer service in this branch! I highly recommend everyone visit if they can.

The girl that tried to help us knew nothing about the products. She barely showed any interest in what she was doing. If someone asks which shadow stays on well you should have a preference or show a few choices.
Took ourselves over to Ulta where the girls know their items and even tried some colors on us . They asked questions. We will not be back to this Sephora. . BTW we purchased everything we needed at Ulta. I don’t want anyone to waste their time at this location.
