The girl that tried to help us knew nothing about the products. She barely showed any interest in what she was doing. If someone asks which shadow stays on well you should have a preference or show a few choices.Took ourselves over to Ulta where the girls know their items and even tried some colors on us . They asked questions. We will not be back to this Sephora. . BTW we purchased everything we needed at Ulta. I don’t want anyone to waste their time at this location.Terrible customer service

I really enjoyed my shopping experience here today; I had two very sweet and helpful employees help me pick out foundation and a skin moisturizer. I love that I didn't feel rushed at all, and both lovely ladies were very patient with all of my questions.

My review has been removed from your site because you do not want buyers to know the truth. I ordered a Diamond ring and paid for expedited delivery. It should have arrived on 12/20. It never came and you have deleted my reviews because of this. Here is the proof.... BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Original store picture posted by Sephora shows it as a standalone store attached to kohls; however, it is in fact a mini store inside of Kohl’s with a small selection. More accurate advertising would be appreciated as to not confuse customers.
