“My experience with Extra Space and particularly with Luvonney Rodriguez has been very positive.
I had trouble getting the title to my new trailer changed so I could give her current registration. While NO fault of Luvonney, (she was following the rules) it was a problem for me. While she did not bend the rules for me, she was very calm, kind and understanding of my situation. She handled everything with a high degree of professionalism, and that is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend Extra Space and in particular the location on Cypress Lakes in Fort Myers!”

“Just went to move into my storage area. I was lucky to have Steve in the office when I got there. He is the shit (meant in the best way of course)! Such a personable guy and fun to talk to. He showed a newbie storage person like me to my space and explained how the app and locks worked. Keep Steve around, he’s awesome!”
“I originally got a quote over the phone because I was moving and needed something quickly. When I arrived in person, the unit I had been assigned wasn’t ideal — but the manager Chrisalena was immediately transparent with me about this. She explained that the unit was located near the AC system, which had recently leaked, and warned me that it could potentially happen again. She offered me the option to move to a different unit on the spot.
Although it was a little frustrating since I had movers being paid by the hour waiting, I really appreciated the honesty and quick help. The only available unit was a bit more expensive, but it’s ended up working out well for me.
The real reason I’m writing this review is because of the manager herself. Every time I’ve come in, she’s been kind, helpful, and professional. Even when there was a random price increase recently, she stepped in and was able to adjust it so I could keep my current rate — something I really appreciated.
While she works for the company, it’s how she carries herself as a person that sets this location apart. She didn’t have to go out of her way to be as transparent or accommodating as she has been — she chooses to. And that’s honestly one of the main reasons I’ve stayed. I feel like she genuinely has the customer’s best interest in mind, and that makes a huge difference.”

“CubeSmart genuinely saved the day, we urgently needed to rent storage space. In under 20 minutes we had a rental agreement signed online and access to our unit, including a map emailed to us to help assist us in finding our unit. A few hours later, the manager called to make sure we were able to get into the unit okay, and wanted to welcome us. The property was easy to access, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We really appreciate how easy this process was!”
