“Past does not have to be prologue. My experience with staff at Extra Space Storage on Winkler wasn't great in the past however, today was different. Nicole helped me tremendously when I couldn't get in the gate, I needed to replace the lock on my unit, and I expressed disappointment about the frequent cost increases. Moving can be extraordinarily stressful; I appreciate Nicole making it less so.”
