Purchased 2022 RDX today from Jesse Sellers after my 2020 RDX was totaled by Hurricane Ian. Jesse was there for support , direction and questions before the sale, kept me updated and made the sale possible. 1.5 hours in and out seamless process thanks to Jesse! Our purchase of a new Acura MDX from Scanlon was the easiest and best experience of buying a car we have ever experienced. Our sales agent Samuel Oris De Roa was not only experienced and knowledgeable but non pressuring to work with. Grant La Frinier was extremely helpful to work with as well. We just purchased a beautiful pre-owned Toyota Prius with the help of Wagner Brenes. I have never met a sales professional as helpful as Wagner! He was not at all pushy as many car salesmen are. He was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions and concerns with clear and concise answers. I was pleased with the efficiency of the Scanlon team as well. We will be back for our next purchase.

My family has been purchasing cars from Drew Williams, at Scanlon Lexus, for 22 years. I finally needed to buy a vehicle, and knew I could trust Drew to take care of me like family. He found a terrific van for my newly acquired 7 person family, exactly in my budget, and didn’t push me toward anything else. It was the last night of the month, he stayed late, and specifically told me it was alright not to buy it. It want even “low pressure” sales, it was “no pressure” understanding.
I bought it…and don’t hold it against him, but I can finally take my mother-in-law everywhere I go!
Go see him. I guarantee you’ll be happy you did.

Sisi is the absolute best at Scanlon Auto in Ft Myers! We went on multiple occasions, and she is by far the best salesperson we have run into (at any dealership to be honest). She was extremely helpful, listened to exactly what we wanted, did not extend out of our price range, and made the entire experience easy and memorable. She speaks both English and Spanish, she definitely knows what she is talking about, and wasn't afraid to ask someone for help in answering one of our many questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car of any model, not just Acura or Lexus! You won't regret it!

I wanted to share the excellent service we received at your dealership on Dec. 30, 2021. Our sales associate, Christopher Popp, provided exemplary service. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, communicated professionally, and was very honest and accommodating to our needs. In addition, the finance manager, Suzanne Nogales, made our experience at Scanlon stress-less and enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness made our purchase an enjoyable experience. Both employees stayed after closing to accommodate our schedule. Their level of service was unlike any we have received at various other dealerships.

This is my second review on here. But that is because I had to go back for one small issue, glass repair is all. But I worked with Ian Paton in sales and he got us in and out as fast as possible. Ian was real professional and we appreciated that.Michael Peterson processed us and was so personable. Scanlon really exceeded expectations.

My advisor was Gary. This is the second RX I have purchased from Scanlon Lexus. One of the reasons for the second RX was the attention shown to help you with all aspects acquiring a new car. The support and follow-up is very good. You really feel that Gary is not there to "sell" you car, he is there to help you acquire the car you want. This guy could turn into a good friend.
