My salesperson, Cerina, was absolutely wonderful and honest about what she knew and did not know about the vehicle. She immediately addressed my questions and concerns and followed up with experts who assisted with answering my questions, even had the car detailed 3x until I was satisfied. My wife and I now own two vehicles purchased from Scanlon Acura. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, make sure you ask for Cerina when you visit Scanlon Acura!

My experience with Scanlon Acura was AMAZING! I came in not thinking of walking away with a SUV. I was approached by John or Jack (senior moment, don't remember name). He asked what I was looking for. I wanted to get in an Integra since I use to own one back in the 90's. I drove it and it felt great. Unfortunately I was not getting what I wanted. I did let him know I saw a SUV online that was in a low price range. Thank GOD it was still available. I drove it and I felt it was the one. Then the real process began. I promise you, I thought it was not going to work. I gave my information next thing I knew I was in Mr. Cash's office signing papers. I tell you, GOD was in control of all this because these 2 gentlemen made it so easy and they knew what they were doing. I recommend ? Scanlon because if I came in not expecting anything, I came out of there with a great deal and great experience with GREAT PEOPLE!!!

This dealer was trying to charge me almost $2000 in dealer fees on a $22.5k car, thats on top of tax. Please go somewhere else.

My experience with Christian Wheelock at Scanlon Acura in Fort Myers, Florida was fantastic— start to finish! I came in to shop for a car during a very stressful time, and Christian was so helpful! He was not pushy, but he was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. His professionalism and demeanor were very pleasant, he help guide me to a beautiful, reliable, SUV. I just bought my Integra Type S remotely from Scanlon Acura and had it shipped to Atlanta. The entire transaction was seamless. Negotiation was minimal since they offered me the best price to start with, beating other dealerships nationwide by thousands. Most other dealerships wanted above sticker or tried to charge me for needless accessories I did not want in the first place. There was no pressure at all, making this the easiest car purchase I've ever made. They were incredibly patient, even keeping the car inside and out of the elements for a few extra days until I could arrange a transporter to pickup the car. Highly recommend!

After having a horrible experience at Honda of Fort Myers, I arrived at Scanlon Acura and to my surprise I had a warm welcome, a salesman named Guillermo sat with me like a family member, listened to me and helped me throughout the process, it was comforting to know that there are still people that they really want to help you; I changed the Honda accord that I had bought for a lease on an Acura Integra, a super nice and comfortable car, after leaving the dealer they kept in contact with me asking me if I felt good with the car, in short it was a very good experience, so much so that As soon as I could, I took my 18-year-old daughter to buy her first car, also an Acura Integra, and she came out very happy and pleased. Thanks to Guillermo and the dealer's financiers, it was a procedure that was done quickly, cleanly and surrounded by incredible people. I 100% recommend that you go get your car to a place where you are not seen as just a number and ask for Guillermo, he speaks English and Spanish you will not regret it.

We had a good experience with the dealership on Saturday. While it took a little longer to complete the deal since my daughter was a first time buyer, it was an overall nice experience. Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable about the features on the vehicles that we looked at. We'll definitely be back.
