* I visited them on December 14 at 12 noon and they had a very strong unpleasant smell at the entrance, the time it took me to buy was spent with a stuffy nose
* Unlike other supermarkets, here they don't give you purchases in a bag, they throw everything into your cart and you will know what and how to take it. They may give bags for free or it doesn't matter if they charge for them but they would be kind enough to give you the things inside the bags.
* I bought bleach and the container was full of powder.
I will visit again and leave another review if my experience is different from what I already had in this place

Absolutely disgusting. Granted, it's not in the greatest area, but the filth visible on the floors and the poor quality of "food" should be embarassing.

How can you run a grocery retail business with only 7 shopping carts available in the entire store? If you're a store owner and are in a location with a cart theft problem, then make the investment and install a cart locking device such as a perimeter wheel lock or coin based system to mitigate the issue. It's just the cost of doing business. Also, I don't expect these stores to be as pristine as a Publix, but for safety's sake, repair the roof leakage and replace ceiling tiles. It's just unsanitary and overall unhealthy for the general public to let those kind of issues remain in disrepair. I really wish the health dept would enforce this better.

All the staff here is very friendly and welcoming giving that small town feel. One employee that sticks out with her personable, friendly, cheerful attitude is Latoya she always helpful guiding me to a cart helping me find and item or seeing that I'm almost done shopping & was putting something back on the shelve from previous customer and communicated that she'd be right back on isle 3. This is huge now a days I will shop here rather than publix any day for the great service.

There are no carts, employees are very few and just rude. Someone who works there snatched something away from me and gave me an expired product. There was an argument with an employee and a customer. People there are very rude as well. There was a whole line and only one slot was available. The whole place is truly sad and horrible I recommend going to labelle or at least Clewiston save a lot.
