Went in to purchase a rib roast there were only 2 very small ones, asked butcher if he could bring out larger one he said not until tomorrow altho they had them in the cooler. Pitiful customer service.

Hadn't been to Save a Lot in quite a while because they closed my local store. This Fort Myers store has added a lot of international and ethnic items, which I enjoyed. Also liked products from Holy City bakery in Tampa and 4-ingredient fresh Cuban bread. Not the cleanest store, but it has unusual and hard-to-find products. I stocked up on 4 Marcum no-salt garlic and herb seasoning, which I use on EVERYTHING.

Manager decided that I looked like a scumbag (his words) and held my girlfriend at the check out line while purchasing items. After he loudly verbally assaults her, I come back into the store with him being very aggressive. I immediately felt defensive as he starts accusing me of stealing. . Long story short, after the police reviewed the "evidence", I was determined to be innocent. The video shows me grab a item and clearly placing it back. I was just trying to buy some hurricane supplies before the storm. This manager wasted our time, his own time, as well as the valuable time of the ft myers police department. He should be charged with making a false report. This seems to be a common problem with this store. I have the FMPD incident report number. Management please contact me. You really need to do an overhaul of your store management. He is a very angry biased man.
