I have been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years and recently, the delivery process has been a train wreck! I'm not sure what happened to Sam's Club customer service but its just terrible. The last two delivery orders I placed, were "cancelled" for no reason. You have to speak with customer service in China for help to get your money back because the stores do not handle this service. I'm going to take my business elsewhere!

Post Hurricane Ian, went there to stock up. On the way out the door we were given a free bag of Gala apples “ just for being our customer”. Thank you Sams Club! Thank you!

The optical center is terrible. Esp Liz who cannot comprehend how to adjust frames. I felt like I was speaking to a wall.

Iris in optical is awful. I simply asked for my prescription, which I purchased here, and she refused to give it to me. It's company policy to allow customers a copy of their prescription and pupilary distance if glasses were purchased at the store, which they had been. Iris rudely interrupted me to tell me she won't be giving me either. The manager said Iris gets "final say" so I have wasted my time and money to access my OWN medical records. Extremely disgusted with how Iris treated me and how managers dealt with it. Canceled my membership, at least Costco has some decency.

It seems that no matter what I need from the store, they are out of it. So today, I called the store to ask them if they could please check to see if they have a product before I drove the 20 miles to the store. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn't walk over to see if they had it but instead could transfer me to the customer service desk. Once I was transferred to the desk, they hung up on me. Unbelievable! Thank God for Scan and Go because the customer service in the store needs serious improvement.

Sam's as a company is not to bad to work for , but the managers really suck !! I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends and family to work at Walmart

Arrived at Sam's Club to pick up an order we checked in the app to let them know that we were here in spot one it took 20+ minutes for someone to be notified that was here or not recommend this option rather go inside the store.

I always get more than I need when shopping here and the Bakery is great. We have been members since the club opened and will continue. We love the meat department too, great steaks. Thanks Sam'sClub for keeping us stocked up!

This is the Sam's Club in Fort Myers Florida. Worst Sam's Club anywhere so far! In fact, I am going to let my membership terminate and rejoin Costco instead. I love the Members Mark BBQ Chips and Wavy Chips but this place no longer stocks them and they are often out of Slim Jims and other products. You would think that when products sell out the day they put them online, they would order more and keep them stocked, but the management here clearly is not adept at retail or fulfilling demand. You cannot count on this Sam's to restock anything, so there is no point in maintaining a membership here. What is needed is consistency and there is none. They are nearly always out of stock on items they always carry but good luck shopping on the very day they will have what you need. Nope. Not going to keep this membership.

I got a membership online I go to get my card and the club says my membership was canceled tells me to call 1888 number. I call they say they can't give me my card and they can't refund me. What is going on here. This is theft I think the employee wanted my gift card I was suppose to get. Just give me a my membership card or money back

This Sam's definitely has better management than the Walmarts or Neighborhood Markets that I've been to in the area. The store was properly stocked, despite the fact that they were closing soon. Associates were friendly and present. The store was clean with no liter and no extra cardboard. Pharmacy and personal care, frozen and butchery items, electronics, all in great shape. Self-service checkout worked well and the associate who checked our receipt was polite. The hours for the optical department are significantly cut back due to COVID. Otherwise, there rest of the store was open. They could do a better job of corralling the carts, but otherwise the parking lot was litter-free. [Review 13377 overall, 695 of 2020.]
