I was advised that RYCO picked up my line of boats (Viaggio). Turns out they are 2 miles from my house and on the water! I stopped in to ask about an electrical issue I was having with my Simrad, speaking to Dan Haizlip. He stopped what he was doing (setting up new shop) and spent 15 minutes with me explaining how to address my problem, even demonstrating on another boat. Nice guy and knowledgeable. Looking forward to developing a good business relationship with RYCO. Thanks again Dan.

Bought a new boat from Ryco. Had some issues with rigging and wiring that needed worked through. I Was frustrated at times but they were professional and customer service was great. When it comes boats they can be frustrating, there always seems to be an issue brand new or used minor or major doesn’t matter always something. Sometimes dealers are stuck between fixing the manufactures work and the customers frustration but customer service and willingness to work through the issues to get it right are what set dealers apart. In the end Ryan and his team were great they actually wanted to get it done and get it done right and they did. Thank you!

Just purchased a boat from this dealer. The salesman Jeff was nice, he answered all my questions as best as he could. Had an issue with my fuel guage not ready properly, spoke with Andy he said he would have someone call me and I'm still waiting on the call.

Recently purchased a new Tidewater CC from Ryco Marine, our first boat and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. Our salesman Andy made the purchase process so easy and any questions or concerns we had after the initial purchase were addressed immediately. Purchased a boat from a private seller and had an issue the first time out. I reached out to RYCO Marine and they told me I could drop it off the next day Gino in service was a great help they went over the boat from top to bottom all in timely and a fair price. I highly recommend this place for any of your boating needs.

Took our boat in for a new motor, new pontoon and misc electronic damage after hurricane Ian decided to hit our boat!Ryco Marine did a great job installing a new motor, new pontoon & all electronics were fixed...Staff is friendly and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend their service team!!!

Manger is very friendly and helpful. They have a great range of boat options to pick from and explore! They are very helpful to help find the best boat you'd want or need! Highly recommend them! Kristina in the accounting department is amazing. They tidewaters, twin vees and sunchasers, velocity and sailfish brands!!
