We only visit the Fort Myers office out of necessity. Each time I call for my husband, the woman who answers has an attitude. I also had to call four times within two weeks to remind them my husband needed the correct CPAP mask sent to him, of which they had "no record" of. Then, this afternoon, my husband asked for his CPAP "prescription", and was handed his sleep study results. When I walked inside to let them know a mistake was made, the woman said, very rudely, "He asked for the sleep study". When I said he asked for his prescription, she yelled from her desk while on the phone, "Ma'am, he asked for the sleep study. If he had asked for his prescription I would have printed it out for him." She needs to be fired because her customer service skills are pathetic! No-one who works in the front office knows what's going on, and it's an awful experience each time you have to speak to them. They need to fire everyone and hire people who genuinely care and actually want to do their job!

Very Poor Customer service. Was told three times dates for bed delivery and they have been a no show after someone had to be at the house all day. Stephanie office manager in Fort Myers Florida was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this company for your medical needs. The only reason we are stuck using this company is because of insurance coverage

I gave Rotech 1star because the Manager attempted to assist; otherwise, it would have been 0 stars. The rudest CSR that answer the phone. There is a gentleman that knows how to assist; but he’s only backup. The two women that is supposed to help; hang up on people, they snicker after hanging up on them and stare people down when you show up. They USE TO have nice people there. Don’t know who hired these two, but they are the worst of the worst. Go to another oxygen, CPAP (Bipap) location.

The gentleman who works at the desk right by door to the left does not know how to do his job, he was very unhelpful to me this afternoon I was there to pick up my husband’s replacement cpap and the gentleman proceeds to tell me there is nothing ready and there is nothing he can do for me. I then had to go out to my car and call my husband who had to call the store himself and ask them if it was ready for a pick up, thankfully a nice lady was able to assist me right away when i walked back in the store for the second time. What a waste of my time and very poor customer service from that guy, my husband also told me he has had horrible experience with the same guy on multiple accounts and that’s very frustrating, my husband has to wear a cpap for sleeping and making someone go out of their way to do someone’s else’s job is extremely rude and very unprofessional. It has put a very bad taste in our mouths.

Finally a company that values customer service. When you call, you have to listen to a robot for about a minute before connecting you to a person. But it’s so worth it for the good people they have on the phone lines. I really hope these employees are valued by Rotech, because they care, they are candid, and they do an amazing job. I just got off the phone with Loida who helped me with every question I had. She was so fun to talk to, but still extremely professional. She helped me pay my balance when I couldn’t figure it out online.Thank you Loida!

They delivered equipment to my house when I was ill. I was not using equipment and ask for them to pick it up and they refused. I brought the equipment to them and they put it in the warehouse area but refused to give me a receipt. They continued to bill my insurance. I changed jobs and informed the insurance company of the fraud. They are still sending me bills. I am not sure how to get them to stop billing me for equipment I do not have equipment they refused to pick up and equipment that I already returned. This is a scam and I wonder if other people are experiencing the same fraud.

I was just trying to get established as a new client they said we need xyand z call your Dr and have them send it, the Dr said we can't just send your info to a random number they have to request it called (Rotech) back the gal answering the phone had a totally unprofessional attitude, so I ask to speak to someone else that gal was no better (attitude wise) had me on speaker phone I said never mind and called my Dr back and requested another company.My Dr said this is the worse co to deal with & cannot believe my insurance gave Rotech the contract.Both gals I spoke sounded like hood girls who didn't want to lift a finger to walk me through to process in a professional manner.**Note to the owner.please do not respond with the "Im sorry you had a problem- line**I will drive to Naples if I have too, and I'm going to let Humana know they made a huge mistake by giving Rotech the contract. Worse experience ever.

Been doing case management for over 10 years, for various hospitals in Lee county, Naples, and Port Charlotte. Rotech used to be one of my go to DME providers, with market managers that would communicate so patients could transition home safely. Over the last year or two the response and care has been on a steady decline. This morning I followed up with a call from a fax I sent yesterday at 11am, the person answering the phones sounded barely awake and I immediately could tell she had no interest in working, and her job seemed to be to convince me to go somewhere else and bothered that I had questions. After a sigh an attitude in her tone, she started going through the list of DME orders I had sent and basically decided to do none of it since they did not have ostomy or foley supplies. Save your time and go elsewhere, they are not interested.

My 84 year old widowed cousin has an order for portable Oxygen submitted by her Primary Physician on August 9, 2023 after she was released from the Hospital. She is on oxygen now 24/7 and has a unit for home use from them (which also took several weeks) so there is no miscommunication on her residence, insurance etc. As of the Post, Rotech has still not provided her portable oxygen or any contact as to what the problem is.Her daughter has called, sent emails to no avail. Taking her to doctor appointments without the oxygen is dangerous, and not going to her appointments is not an option.

There is an older American lady who has a phobia for Latinos and from the beginning when she handed me the machine, she threatened that she would take it from me if I used it in a bad way without even knowing who I was, as of this moment I have not been able to clarify no doubt, because she always treats me badly.

Stephanie has been a blessing when I struggling to get oxygen provided after a 2 week struggle. Then AL was sent to set us up and i couldn't have asked for a nicer person!!I'm very thankful for Rotech

The staff is AMAZING! I am coming from Arizona and have spent MANY days in tears from how the staff treats its customers in Lake Havasu AZ. Not just myself but many seniors from my small town. We struggled making dozens of calls with no answers or call backs. Then once we get someone they speak cruel and nasty like we are bother them asking for help O2 keeps alot of us alive and to have such nice empathetic people in Fort Myers changed my entire outlook on Rotech . Thank you for your compasions and genuin decency.

If I could negative this company I would the customer service is the worst. My mother who is a double amputee has been waiting for a wheelchair to be delivered for 2 months. After a month of waiting they bring a wheelchair that is 2x too small and state that they will be back by the end of the week with the proper size, well we are still waiting a month later. And when I call to get an update the lady who answers the phone is the rudest woman I have EVER SPOKE TOO. If you have the opportunity to use a different company I highly suggest you do worst medical company I have ever had to deal with!!!!!!!!
