If I could give 0 I would have!! Associate number 2359311 could barely speak, let alone comprehend English for starters. I brought in a return with all the tags still on the dress, never been worn, and the Original receipt in which I used my debit card to make the purchase. She points to the screen and trys to give me store credit. I asked why when the tags were on the item and it was the original receipt she could not answer my question. I asked to speak to a manager and she shrugs her shoulders and says they are not there. I ask to speak with someone in charge and she says not here. I looked at her and said someone has to lock up the store and count down the tills, I want to speak with someone in charge as to why I wasn't getting my money back for the dress. I literally was blown away. At that point, I left. PLEASE TELL ME:1.WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?2. WHAT HAPPENED TO TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES?3. HOW YOUR CASHIER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH? If we were in another country it is common curiosity to speak the common language.4. HOW DOES THE CASHIER NOT KNOW WHO THE MANAGER ON THE FLOOR IS?5. WHY DID THE CASHIER NOT ASK FOR HELP IF SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO ANSWER THE QUESTION OF A CUSTOMER?

There were 6 bottles of olive oil in the food section in the back none of which had a price sticker. I walked around for 10 minutes unable to find any employee that spoke English. They kept looking at me confused when I asked for a price saying "sorry no English ".. I asked both cashiers if they could put a price on the bottle and they took the bottle and put it aside. I left. Won't be back. I'll stick with Marshall's next door.

It's not the the products. the products and pricing are good. Sometimes great. But you shouldn't be punished to save money. Been here several times today will be my last. Same thing every time. Long long lines. But today 20 plus people in line out the end of where you enter by several people. Two people on registers. Two other women who looked like supervisors one just fumbling with hangars like to ignore the line. Heck at least bag for the cashiers. People were putting items back and leaving which is what I did. Unacceptable leadership. Aprox 2:30 on a Monday really.

Got a beautiful black Calvin Klein dress sz 8 for $3 ....yes, I said $3!! Every Tuesday is an additional 10% off too! Got a fantastic silver entryway table too for $75! Some stuff is low end but done isn't! Definitely fun to see what you can find! Limited help in front tho and I can never see the jewels because they are locked up and the 2 girls they have are busy!!

The manger at this location made me uncomfortable to shop I was trying on a sweater in the isle just to see if it stretched and she made me feel like she assumed I was stealing. After I checked out she reprinted my receipt and wrote notes on it will not be returning at all .

Ross has always been my go to store for finding clothing to fill my closet at some really nice prices.the only thing I have a small issue with is in this particular location, they really need to get more staff on the registers. Saturday Morning and the line is building with only one girl on the cash registers. That's not fair to her as the employee for having to bear a rush alone. I don't mind waiting, but honestly management should either be pushing employees to the cash register or hop on themselves to help when they can, especially when it's noticably gonna be busy.Other than that, My experience has always been great. I found more than what I needed and I am happy.I would recommend if you are shopping at Ross, try to find out when the location does their restocks and go that day, because usually you will have a better chance of getting what you want.

I been shopping at Ross Dress for Less since 2000. Most of the times they have what I wanted, except for few times I'm looking for elegant dresses which I don't see. However it a great family store to shop. The prices are right with discounts.I would love to see more women dresses or suits in 16w or 18w, skirts, and jackets. However, I will definitely recommend anyone to shop at Ross. The brand names you would have paid double for elsewhere, at Ross you can buy 2 for the price of one.

It’s a place for good prices on some name brand clothes. It’s a store where it’s a hit or miss. You might find something you like or end up leaving with nothing. This was one of the those times. But I’ll be back or I’ll try another Ross Dress for Less. There’s lots of free parking and is located near other shopping stores and restaurants.

The cashier or manager this morning have a bad attitude just because I wear my work clothes she looks at me with roll eyes when I paid , the item I bought the price was reduced because the box is open and damaged item but she sold it as other one with regular price I asked her and she stated if you want it or not , what a shame when they have someone with this actitud as store manager.

Stood in line for way too long when checking out. The lady behind me went to ask for someone to be called to help at the checkout. The lady at customer service didn't even look at her and told her nobody is available! As the line continues to get longer there was only one person checking out customers along with the one at customer service. Suddenly off to the side a coworker shows up and is able to check out IN FRONT OF EVERYONE WAITING! Wow! This is special! Never going to this store again!

They could use more help at one of the Ross that we visited. It was a Sunday and when I tell you the line was a mile long, with only one cashier. She probably closed the store with the people in line. I couldn't wait. The one in De Pablo went much faster with multiple cashiers.
