Perhaps it is because Leigh, owner, is leaving town my experience was disastrous..

I have to say Leigh and her help did a tremendous job assisting my Mother in her move. It was a big job and we couldn't have done it without Leigh's assistance, patience and organization. Top notch follow up too... would recommend her and her company to anyone tackling their own move or their parents.
