Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a pool professional. Two years of garbage “warranty” help with never a resolution but always a reason to blame us . How do you sell your products with out selling the proper accessories needed to run optimally? How many warranty companies have to come out and waste our time and more than 75% of the time they had no idea why they were called out . The gas heaters they sold me started to have issues within a few months and it’s been down hill ever since .
Mark is terrible at his job and doesn’t resolve anything but will make you wait months on end to send a warranty company that actually doesn’t even know why they were sent out . Crystal Chase is beyond unprofessional when it comes down to customer service . Hasn’t even had the decency to respond to my phone call request let alone respond to my emails which for every 5 I sent I maybe got 1 back . I will do everything in my power to make sure no one purchases a Raypak or green product

Only had a raypak pool heat pump for a couple of days. So far easily maintains 84 degree pool water temperature.
Installer and electrician said these are the best heat pumps on the market.
Only wish the read out was larger and condensation holes worked better.

Raypak is complete garbage IMO, Their tech support is the worst in the industry by far. Hopefully you read this and look elsewhere for your boiler purchase.

Our 2018 pool heater was not working property. We called Raypak. First diagnosis was replace temperature probes, then the circuit board. The company provided the replacements cost free. My husband replaced them with the expert help of their ace technicians John and Elliot. They talked him through both tasks. They were invaluable, with precise knowledge and incredible patients. Their help saved us $150 twice, in installation fees.
