We were impressed with the overall business model. Our first visit was to review the furniture items being moved. It involved a brief conversation and discussion of some of the important pieces. Maybe 20-30 minutes tops. The estimator knew the exact number of boxes we would need even though we were handling the packing of same. Our proposal was received the same day. We had one other bid that was $200 less but Ray's came through with an itemized list of our belongings. Aside from a few minor changes we made, Ray's proposal package provided a complete picture of what we needed. We requested crating and the day of the move they showed up prepared. Our team consisted of the 3 J's (highly recommend these 3) and they were awesome, professional and respectful, engaging and all 3 had a great sense of humor. We had a great day together. We watched the 3 work independantly but supported each other. There was never an idol mombent. The truck was a great set up as well (maybe hydraulics), very impressive and we were not concerned about the road trip. At the end of the day, we were thrilled to have worked with Ray's team and would recommend their services any time.

Ray The Mover - this company is excellent . If you are looking for a company that is helpful all along the way, is careful with your belongings, and is honest, hire them! I was more than pleased with my move. They kept me informed me with updates all the way, and since I moved so far, it was appreciated. What friendly and courteousemployees! It was a very short move and the guys who did the work were super. I was very disappointed to learn that although we were assured [and paid for] all upholstered items were to be shrink wrapped, NONE of them were. We brought this attention to the sales person right after the move but to date [2 months now] no reply.

The staff was very responsive, and handled a mixup for me while I was out of state. The packers were very efficient, friendly and respectful of me and my belongings. They finished packing and loading (from 2 locations) much more quickly than I expected.

I would highly recommend Ray the Mover. The owner personally scheduled my move, and the two movers that helped me unload my truck, Ray and ****, were very professional, efficient, and kind. They made the transition so easy and they took such great care of my belongings. I received a confirmation call from ******* the night before and the movers showed up early, and worked very hard. They had my truck unloaded and my bed set up within the two hour window. Highly recommend this company.
