The person who was assisting my 84-year-old mother was unbelievably rude. There had been a question of whether or not my mother was going to have a urinalysis done, the doctor ordered it, but it wouldn’t be covered by Medicaid. I declined the test since I did not want to pay out-of-pocket for it. After establishing that, I then asked if she was still going to do the initial bloodwork and she became very agitated and was very rude, but I don’t think she understood my question because all I needed was a yes or no answer, not a lecture on what she was doing. She ended up abandoning my mother and sent in someone else to assist her. That person was perfectly pleasant and professional.

This facility is horrible. The site lead identified herself by spelling her name Kareena. She said she has sent out many many Urine C&S specimens using an unsterile container. She served this statement loudly and w major attitude. This means that potentially many results of urine c&s were count and the results inaccurate. This type of specimen must be collected w special instructions and in a sterile cup. Quest lab facility supervisor apologized after calling management to enter a complaint. This was a horrendous experience
