Got wings at Deli that had thin chicken hairs and feather still on them. How could deli cooks not see this when preparing?
When I took them back and spoke to Scott the store manager he tried to convince me that they were “fine!” I suggested he eat them or take them home to his family!
He then proceeded to tell me that they have had problems with vendors and that it’s been happening since LAST YEAR! I had to interrupt him and say, “So what are you going to do for me Scott?” He offered to refund me for the wings and give me a rotisserie chicken.
When he came back with my rotisserie chicken I said “Listen Scott lemme give you a tip…next time a customer brings an issue to you, don’t try to make them feel like THEY are the problem…or try tell them that the nasty chicken wings with hair and feathers in them are edible…you insulted my intelligence and I don’t appreciate it.
I can’t wait for my new Publix at Daniel’s Crossing re-opens…I NEVER had ANY issues there!

No sense of speed When it comes to lunch hour rush. Every single day, there’s over a 30 minute wait in the Deli line because there’s not enough employees to work or one person is either moving super slow. This Publix seriously needs more assistance. I spend more time waiting in line than I do actually eating on my lunch break.

This place took a nose dive to the cellar. Use to be clean and caring. Now it’s filthy and employees can’t get orders right. Was sold a Publix sub and charged for boars head. Fruits are spoiled and meats look horrible. Need new mgt especially in the deli section. I watched a couple wait like 10 minutes being ignored as people just looked at them. Hopefully another company comes in and gives this monopoly a run for the money.

We just had the worst experience at this store. We used self checkout as the store was usually busy, with long lines. As we were checking out we had several small bags of produce. I placed the first container on the scale and it over rang the posted sales price. I asked for assistance and the employee working self checkout (Jean) started literally yelling at me and proceeds to tell me "if you don't know how to use self check-out don't use this again" ??? I loudly asked her to stop yelling at me, another employee overheard and came to assist me. I can not believe i was scolded while trying to buy a few things from a store I've always shopped at.

They were price gouging after hurricane Ian. Publix is a rip off in general, more expensive than the grocery stores in California. Steaks are garbage.
