Was dealing with the specialty pharm. to send my prescription to grandbay and the pharmacists were very helpful in providing notification when it arrives and able to pickup, good job!

I am prescribed a control substance that I get through an app. The pharmacist Mina refused to fill my prescription even though I did nothing wrong. He accused me of doctor shopping even though I explained to him how I receive my prescription refill. He was extremely rude. Said very awful things to me. Hung up on me and was just all around a TERRIBLE AWFUL JUDGMENTAL pharmacist. I am reporting him. He is a horrible person for making assumptions about me because I am not able to afford regular health care and was unwilling to understand why I receive my prescription the way I do.I will be making complaints until things change and he is fired or makes an apology to my face.

FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY....The Pharmacy leaves much to be desired. My Dr. sent an rx at 4:40p. At 5:55p my rx was not ready. Aaron P the Cashier was rude and said it would be 15mins like I was bothering him. My rx was ready and he didn't ask me if I had any questions, to check the counseling screen, he didn't ask me if I wanted a bag as he had the customers before me and didn't say thank you. Last Rx at this pharmacy ever.

This location, or maybe Publix pharmacy as a whole, had gone way down in service. No prescriptions are filled same day unless you go in person and request it, and then come back later. They just tell you it’s being filled centrally and will come the next day in a shipment. Today I called and was told they wouldn’t even order a medication until I came in person and proved I could pay for it, as it was “expensive”. CVS around the corner had no problem ordering it.

The two pharmacists (especially the younger gentleman with the blond hair, he always a caring smile on his face with a positive attitude) are very polite, caring and helping. The pharmacist is so nice and very friendly. He gave me my 1st covid vaccine and was very patient with me while I pulled away from the needle several times. Lol

HORRIBLE DELI SERVICE. I ordered subs online and ended up waiting 40 MINUTES for them to be done. You guys need to manage your people better. Online orders should be done on time, or at least close to that time. I worked at Walmart and we always prioritized online orders. Little tip; one person does online orders, one person takes care of customers. If I would have just stood in line and ordered my subs I would have been done and out in like 10 minutes. Thankfully you’re not MY publix, I was just passing by. Sub was bomb though

I went in to get the barber frozen chickens and they where out of the kind I wanted they had other flavors but I only like the one!! They had a note at customer service saying no rain checks on high demand stuff. They had other flavors but not the one I wanted so they dented me a rain check said it’s high demand. They are not hand sanitizer that type of stuff is. They should just write no rain checks period. If they where in high demand then why do they have the other flavors of them?? They didn’t want to write a rain check so they said no it’s high demand!! My friend went to the one on Alico road and got some but by the time I went to that one they where closed. I will for now on not come to this store I will drive a mile up the road!!
