Went in to pick up my two prescriptions I get every single month from Publixs-Pharmacy on McGregor always had trouble at the beginning of the year with the wrong price it’s always been $24.94 they rang me up today at $27.80 . Told the pharmacy cashier that the price was wrong they do this to me all the time. I come here every month they normally change the price. I tried to show her the text message from all my past orders. She wouldn’t change it told me that’s just the way it is Terrible customer service.

You put in for prescriptions they’re not ready for 3 to 4 days sometimes longer worst service I’ve ever seen. they’re supposed to text you when it’s ready half the time you don’t get a text message .If you’re really sick you need the medicine, go somewhere else to get it filled. if you’re really sick and need your medication don’t go there. Always a different excuse when you try to pick up your meds.

went in there tonight to get a green wise tenderloin. on the app it says will happily cut and trim your meat. was told by the meat department that that wasn't true and that we can't give you the sale price if we cut it as I've always gotten before. The only reason I keep shopping at that store is because of Jerry in the seafood department. to me he's the anchor of that place and now we'll be the only time I go there to shop. otherwise I'll go to summerlin Publix

My only issue was I went in last night to the deli for fresh Provolone, and the gentleman wouldn't cut me a lb of cheese, instead brought me over to prepackaged cheese and handed me it. Like if I wanted prepackaged cheese I wouldn't have stood in line at the deli..Thought it rude and unprofessional to treat customers like that. Will go to the Publix further away for better service

Highly disappointed in the lack of following CDC guidelines. More than half of customers weren’t wearing masks, customers coughing without masks on, no social distancing, and no one saying anything to anyone......sad to see because I used to feel safe coming here. Not anymore.

I'm a regular customer at this publixs, I like the airyness of it, the smiles and hellos can I help you from their staff. I like shopping the fruit and produce, they have a wide variety depending on the season, overall it's the to go to store for all my needs. Thank you!

This store isn't mandating masks. I was in last night and witnessed at least 20 people in my view not complying. In addition, many of the employees are partially wearing masks and exposing their noses. Why have these rules if nobody is going to enforce them?
