I have been using this pharmacy for a very long time. The pharmacists and the staff are always very kind and accommodating. Pharmacies aren’t always known for that but this one is great and I appreciate that.

I have had nothing but amazing customer service from this pharmacy. Not only are they extremely helpful, they are friendly, and very well informed. I cannot state enough how great this pharmacy is to it's customers.

By far the most helpful pharmacy I've been with. My medication, which is pretty crucial to my daily functioning, decided to go on shortage conveniently right when I began a startup business which would be bleeding money slowly if I'm not functioning right. Most others have been very short with me and not quite empathetic when I call for updates but when I switched to this pharmacy it was a rare experience in that they were understanding of my situation and the affordability of medication. So, I extend my thanks to this team for all that you do!

Very poor customer service unfortunately. Used to be great, but my last interactions were cold and unhelpful. I had to call daily for updates and was treated very disrespectfully and my issue was never resolved and no one was willing to spend 2 minutes to speak with me about it.

The store is an awesome atmosphere to shop at. When we shop here, I always look out for Jean. She is very friendly and excellent, cashier with customer service relations and always polite to her customers.

The pharmacy department needs to demand that all customers wear a mask. I had an encounter this afternoon with an unmasked couple. In fact, Publix stores in general need to mandate masks just like a doctor’s office. No mask, no service.
