“UPDATE: We were contacted by Norm and he was extremely helpful and sent out a great tech who took care of everything that we didn’t know was wrong (as the first tech didn’t correct these things) and credited us the charge for the previous visit. He checked in with us after as well. We appreciate this follow up and follow thru by Norm.We requested a pressure test which was supposed to be 150.00 due to the delivery of gas when we weren’t here to use any and had had a fill up only 3 months prior. I just got a charge on my credit card without any indication of what it consists of for 343.46!!! We have called the office, emailed and no response. We had this same company come out last year or when our home was finished and they supposedly did the testing and adjusted the flames etc. now they say we have a leak and have shut off the gas. Not impressed with this company. We will see if they call us back or we have to drive over there to get some answers.”

We drove down the street, walked into the U-Haul store, spoke with a really nice representative and payed for the rental. We were back at Sam's Club in no time, losded up and off to our house, unloaded and back to U-Haul for a speedy return.The whole experience took 45 minutes.U-Haul for the convenience and the win!”

“This local company is the absolute best! It is Sunday night and hurricane Milton is headed directly towards Fort Myers. To my surprise they showed at 6pm to deliver propane to my house even though they are closed today to make sure we didn’t run out during the coming storm. The technician, whose name is actually Milton, was professional and did super job. I can’t remember getting better customer service than this ever. Thank you!”

“In the spring, I wanted to top off my tank before hurricane season. No one would come because I was just above 40%. Then I called Ferrellgas. Customer service at it's finest. The receptionist said, "No problem, we'll have a truck there tomorrow". They showed up and the driver was courteous and professional. Highly recommend Ferrellgas.”

“Rented a cargo van for a few hours. Comfortable seats, great A/C, clean, easy check in from online reservation, fellow that checked me in was courteous & patient.
Negative parts: Cargo van needed an oil change (3%); tire pressures were way off, i.e. front right should've been at about 50 psi but was at 80. The young woman at the counter for my check out was detached & really showed that she didn't want to be there. No smile, no positivity, blankish face like I was an imposition. Barely any verbal interaction.
I will continue to use this U-Haul location because they have always had a vehicle or storage space when I was in need.”

“My rental propane tank and meter / shutoff valve were torn away from the house during Hurricane Ian. I reported the loss to the police, as missing tanks were being found, and I had saved its serial number. After that, it took a few persistent calls to Customer Service, but eventually I was given the number to call if a local Territory Manager, Chad, and later Ismael. They and their staff helped setup an appointment for a replacement tank and refil, and all the details were taken care of very well. Despite many thousands of similar stories all at the same time, these individuals and their staff and field workers got everything taken care, to my great relief and happiness.”
