We had to get antibiotics for my son when he got an ear infection during our vacation. The owner helped me. He was so kind and really helped boost my mood during an otherwise stressful/hard day. He was quick to fill the prescriptions and make sure I understood how to administer them. What an absolute pleasure!

Such a friendly and affordable boutique pharmacy! The gentleman working there always greets you with a sweet smile ?We were referred to go there by PUBLIX ? for a prescription that needed to be mixed/created by pharmacists & Publix/CVS/Walgreens/others would've charged us 3x the amount for simply *mixing*the ingredients together for our medication ??♀️?? Mind you, the medication HAS TO BE mixed to be effective. We can't purchase everything separately and mix it ourselves. We're not pharmacists. ??♀️Lol ? Promell Pharmacy not only gave us our prescription in a reasonable time (vs. waiting an hour or more like other big pharmacies) but the Pharmacist also mixed it up and charged us for the medication as is. It was so affordable, I wanted to buy more of it but forgot the doctor only approved a small quantity. ?Well since then, we now get all of our prescriptions at this pharmacy and will NEVER go elsewhere for our prescriptions ?????Thanks for what you do Mister! Keep it up! ♥️

I didn’t catch his name but one of the friendliest people I’ve interacted with in a while. Seriously. I was pretty sick and felt awful and he still made me smile and laugh.Small little spot. No frills. I didn’t have insurance and he was very very reasonable on pricing for my antibiotics.Highly recommend.

I gave this pharmacy 5 stars because the service was exceptional. I was there for a Covid-19 test. The pharmacist explained the procedure before doing the test. He did not seemed rushed which put me at ease as this was my 1st time doing a Covid-19 test. Pharmacist was knowledgeable about Covid-19 information & asked if I had any questions. The surroundings were clean & the staff used masks, & washed their hands frequently. Highly recommended!
