Mel and Nicole are awesome!
Mel did my GF nails and they look very clean and pretty.
Nicole gave me a pedicure and it was done carefully and really well.
We will definitely come back whenever we are downtown again.

I love this salon, the atmosphere is amazing and all the staff is so nice and dedicated to their craft. I got a mani pedi here a while ago, and Aleyna did an amazing job, I highly recommend her! Profiles downtown is the place to go for high quality services! ?✨

awful, girl showed up 10-15 mins late for work, very unhappy, i should have left and wish i had., the worst lame basic pedicure ever, didnt clean wax off nails ,so i mentioned it, trust the process, well you missed a step , but ok 2 days later toe polish coming off, the rest looked horrible, so many other issues,
emailed, sent message no one cares enough to return communication. then sent to another lady for nails, ... my last visit here .

I wanted to find a place closer to my house for pedicures and I was very pleasantly surprised with this place! They seem cleaner than other salons I've been to. They also don't have those nasty jets that just push bacteria around. They do the polish first and then the soaking. They were gentle on my nails and I left very satisfied!
