“We originally used Panther Printing, years ago. We bought so many copies that they lasted for 2-3 years. I ran out of one of the carbon copies I needed for Invoices. I called Panther Printing, they still had my copy on file and they updated the information for me, it took less than 10 minutes to get all of the changes finalized. It went so smooth, I was afraid something was going to happen. They had our copies done, I want to say the next day!!!! It was very easy, very fast. I am so thankful!”

I handed over my docs to be sent and he did the rest. I asked him about an issue with my online account and he was apologetic he couldn’t help but he told me to call CS. I came to the store to mail a package when the gentleman who came to drop off a package said some unkind things while leaving which the staff handled very well and explained to me why they charge for post-office dropoffs after he left and it was understandable.I have always been happy to pay a $1 for post-office packages. The staff is always kind and helpful with the packages I needed packaged and shipped. I have had absolutely zero troubles with my expensive items. They also do not charge you to print FedEx, UPS, or Amazon labels.”

And because I work so many hours I could not make it during business hours the owner shows up hand delivered. “Very helpful, store was clean , only negative was the front area was not properly stocked. No air bills. Card display was disorganized and needed filled. The staff was efficient and helped me process a ground order . They were having issues with their computer system and so things went slowly but the cashier was conversational and apologized for the delay. I would definitely recommend based on todays experience.”
