Two pods were delivered to my new home, in a very timely manner by Benjamin one of the most customer centered employees we worked with! He was kind, thorough, and very mindful of safety as he carefully placed those pods conveniently for us to unpack. He asked questions to be sure he was doing everything in our best interest. God bless Benjamin, you are indeed a role model!

Tontay was our driver today and he was absolutely fantastic! He went the extra mile to make sure our pod was placed exactly how we needed. Very professional and polite young man!

They upped my monthly fee, just one month in, for no real reason other than they could.
That's how bad it started.
I called PODS to schedule the final delivery in August. I asked for the soonest delivery. I live by their main headquarters now. The customer service person said the transfer/delivery from Colorado to Florida was around $3,500. The delivery fee from the Florida hub to my home was about $350. They told me the delivery date of September 4th and asked when I wanted pickup. I said they could pickup next day. I then asked if there were any other charges that would be posted. I reiterated that I needed to make sure what the charges were in order to have money in my account for payment. The PODS representative insured me that those two fees were the only ones left. I then asked to pay immediately and gave them the new card number. After payment, I asked AGAIN if tgat was it for charges concerning everything from PODS. I was insured that there were no more charges. 4 days later I got charged for the entire month of September. When I asked why, they stated it was because my delivery was in September. They admitted the PODs representative made a mistake but refused to honor the verbal contract. On top of that I took two days off work for the delivery of the POD. They never showed up. I called around 1pm and they told me that delivery was not until the 12th. That the PODs representative made another mistake. They STILL refused to give any discount or make any ammends.
They do not care about customer service once they have your stuff. DO NOT use PODS. I haven't even got

Benjamin was the person who dropped the POD at our place. He was attentive, kind and gave us a lot of tips regarding how to lock the pod correctly, the most effective and safe way to put our things in the pod, and more. I highly recommend him here in Saeaspta FL.
