Never enough tellers on duty, went in to close my accounts, A.M. the person assigned to my appointment to close my accounts had no idea what she was doing. She had to go to the woman in the office next door three separate times. Wouldn't give me cash for my checking account or savings account. I had to close an estate account and she made the check out to the estate of the deceased person, when I told her that the estate had been finalized and she should have made the check out to me she had no clue as to what she was doing. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to void the original check and issue a new one. This bank is all about how much money they can make because of the fees they impose on the people banking there are astronomical. I would never recommend this Bank to anyone no matter what state they're in.

I am a customer of PNC and am trying to buy a house in Florida. I called the branch, but was not surprised when the call was not answered. I checked the website of the Fort Myers PNC to see if they could wire money for me to purchase this house even though I am a resident of North Carolina. I made an appointment for a phone call at 2:00. I wanted to talk to someone to see what I could do to wire money for my deposit on this Florida house. It is now 4:06 and no one has called. Call me a dissatisfied customer…. I checked to see how far away this branch is and my computer tells me it would be a 45 minute trip. Too far to go if I couldn’t accomplish the wire transfer. I called headquarters to complain and they gave me two numbers I can use to wire transfer from my account. I hope they work tomorrow.

Slowest bank in the world, I never leave reviews but sitting here for 45 min and the line doesn't move makes you do that. Trust me use another bank unless you are full of patience and have nothing to do in the world.**edit go to the PNC in Bonita, it's way faster and better in every way. S*** the one on San Carlos down. It's literally terrible

Most horrid banking experience I’ve ever seen or heard in my life. How individuals working here sleep at night, I will never know. Hidden and inexcusable fees, new hoops to jump through with every new phone call to resolve issues. You get poor information when calling, incorrect and incomplete, needing multiple trips to correct issues. PNC recovery teams are ruthless and treat customers like scum, on top of all that. I literally paid off an entire loan amount in order to save someone from their astronomical interest rates- and keep PNC from getting that interest money. I despise this bank, and highly recommend people look elsewhere for banking itself, but more importantly LOANS.

I would give them a zero if I could. I was a PNC customer for almost 20 years. I moved to Florida a little over a year ago and my experience with PNC has been absolutely horrible. I will NEVER bank with PNC again.

Woefully unstaffed at this location for at least several months. Extremely long waits inside and at drive-thru. Typical big bank - long on promises and short on delivery. Closing my accounts and switching banks.

My experience in dealing with these people is there is no customer service they leave you on the phone for hours or hang up on you when you go in there there's nine people in there but none of them are going to help you this is the worst bank I've ever come across I had to hit one star to leave a comment but I wouldn't even give him one star

The absolute worst customer service at any bank I have ever been to. I strongly recommend you find another bank. It is easy to spend an hour or more trying to talk to a teller banker. Like anyone has that kind of time in their life.

Current Assistant manager is very Rude, I have never been treated like that at a bank.She basically refused me service. Please find someone to run the bank. That was the worst experience I ever had.
