“The staff is nice. There is a bunch of different pet foods there. Similar to a larger pet store. They don't have all the food brands like the larger pet stores do, but good variety. They have a lot of different treats. They have some bunnies for sale. They have fish, and fish equipment and aquariums. They have dog clothing, leashes, and a lot of the home remedies for GI upset. They have flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Pets are allowed inside.”
“This place always has what I need every time I go and honestly it’s always for something that the other Hardware stores don’t have or don’t have in stock but that doesn’t mean it’s my last resort by far it just means it’s my Ace in the pocket and what I mean by that is that I can always count on them to get me to the end of the job when nobody else can!”
“This is by far my favorite pet store. Not only well stocked and super clean, this location also has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always ask if I need assistance and willing to take the time to answer all my pets needs. Recently recommended some helpful tips on one of our dogs eating and digestive issues which solved the problem at home. Richard runs a beautiful store and dealing with both he and Emerald makes shopping here a pleasure.”

They notified me to let me know they had ran out of stock of the product I ordered but it was also out of stock on the manufacturer's website so it wasn't a surprise. Trey said he would inform me as soon as they received their next shipment which he did along with the tracking number. Great customer service and would highly recommend.”

“A few days ago i visited the flea market and found this pet shop looking for a particular bird green cheek. The price was acceptable compared to Pets Smart and other pet shops. I found the place to be very organized, well lighted, and with great hygiene. The owners of the pet shop were very polite, and they really helped me pick out what I really wanted. They gave me tips on how to care for it at home since I also got a baby one. I would definitely recommend this pet shop to anyone that wants to buy a pet for your home.”

“Bayshore Animal Hospital and Dr Lisa Neuman are the best without a doubt. Everyone here makes sure that you and your pets get their full attention and care. They truly are about your pets and show it on every single visit. Dr. Lisa Neuman is the kindest, gentlest, caring and most knowledgeable Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have now been going here for well over a year and I can honestly say I am even more confident that Bayshore Animal Hospital is truly the best Vet we could possibly hope for. Dog can be full of surprises and expected situations but Dr Neuman is so in tune with our dogs she picks up on every little clue and she listens to us as well. She takes he time to address any concerns we have and to answer questions too. I’m so glad we found them. I know our dogs are in the best possible place to get the care, attention, support and love they need. Dr. Neuman and the staff are awesome. We are so thankful for all of you.We are huge dog lovers and we’ve been blessed with many wonderful companions over the years. When we moved back to Ft. Myers we knew we had to find a Veterinarian nearby. We had heard great things about Bayshore and from the first phone call we made to our first office visit everything we heard was true. I'd rather do it here because I figured they certainly have their records in the computer and I don't have to worry about different microchips, not registering or coming up in their system if God forbid they got lost.”

“Store has a lot of quality products. Didnt see any associates on the floor to ask questions or assist. Fish tanks looked healthy, as did the fish. Store was clean, nor cluttered as I have seen in other locations. Overall, its a great place to shop. Sale prices were good. Petco stores have a very sterile feel to them, like walking into a vets office. Not a place I would linger around to shop for extra products. Space is utilized to provide more product display, so the isles are narrow. I would come here if I needed to grab something quick.”

“I am in this store probably twice a month if not more. I have always received great service. I have gone in with questions and walked out with answers and products.
Their bagged food is fresh. I dont deal with the moths or bugs I used to find in other pet stores from products sitting too long. Shelves are well stocked, Fish tanks are in good shape, Bird cages and critter cages are always clean. Animals always look healthy. They have a great variety of products for just about every animal. It's a great store run by a crew of associates who actually enjoy their jobs. Ill keep going back ... just that simple.”
