This company was timely and actually called one day before my scheduled appointment. They asked if they could come in 20-30 minutes. I quickly tried to clear the work area but wasn’t able to finish before the guy got there. Then he was insulting and rude about it. I said one moment and I’m going to finish. He said he couldn’t work here. I was trying. Then we finished and he worked but after he was done he said it would be great if he never had to come to my house again. Don’t worry. After all that you won’t. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. My garage is not like a hoarder house. It’s neat but the only storage we have and we do keep it like a living room. My husband plays guitar out there. If you have an empty garage I guess you are the client for this company. They just didn’t need to be so rude about it!!

I have always been loyal to Overhead Door Company of Fort Myers until 7-18-24.
My door cable broke and garage was off track and wouldn't open or close.I called at 4:05 pm for service and the lady said we can di it, but because it's after 4 it's considered an " emergency " and it would be $ 328.00 instead of our normal rate of $128.00.I said can you please give me a little consideration since it's five minutes after 4 and she said no. So I was in a bind and needed it done quickly and had it fixed. It took 30 minutes to fix.
So I called the next day and asked for the manager. He was a stickler for the policy and would give me zero consideration.
I will be looking for a different garage door company!!!

Great company to deal with. Response from technician doing estimate was great. He quoted the job within hours and job was completed in less than a week. Technicians were on time and professional. Great experience overall. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

Heather is always so pleasant when I call and her technician team are very knowledgeable. My automatic door I bought in May withstood Hurricane Irma. I researched companies before buying and they also had the best price. Thank you for your great service.

I had a wonderful experience with First Class Garage Door Services. Their team responded promptly to my request for a garage door opener replacement.
