They are great when getting your meds but paying them afterwards is ridiculous.I was set up on a payment plan that I agreed to but my meds changed the cost was going to be about the same so I was good with it. I start getting bills on the mail for different amounts saying DUE NOW. I call the 800 number and get a guy in India that has no real answers besides pay now. I tell him at this point I will pay it on line and have it done in 3-4 months. He pressures me to pay it on the phone but I say no because I want records that I paid it. I already paid $200 of it and there’s no mention of that on the bill I received.I’m on a fixed income and can only afford so much. At this point I’m not paying until they figure out the full amount of what I owe and not a bunch of bills with different amounts with big red letters that say DUE NOW.I thought things were going to be nice and smooth with this company and I can’t even speak to the person that set me up on the payment plan because she is no longer there and her number now belongs to a man that has not returned my calls so my only option is India and they have no idea what’s going on they just want me to pay. So now I will deal with no one and pay when I feel like it on line. GET A BETTER BILLING DEPARTMENT because you are losing guaranteed monthly payments with statements that say DUE NOW after you set up plans to pay.

I would not expect to get ahold of anyone on the phone. And they are most certainly not open 24 hours. I can’t imagine picking up the phone and directing a customer in the right direction is too hard. But apparently it is. Save the time and go elsewhere for your health needs please.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF THE RIGHT PERSON. I HAVE ASKED MANY TIMES TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR REGARDING MY MED APPROVAL BUT NO ONE HAS CALLED ME YET. ALL THE PAPERWORK SUBMITTED TO THEM FOR LONG TIME AND WAITING FOR MEDS URGENTLY. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGED BUT NO LUCK. I AM JUST HOPING AND PRAYING TO GET MY TREATMENT SINCE I CAN NOT GET HOLD OF RESPONSIBLE PERSON. HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND GIVE ME A CALL. I WILL REVISIT THIS PAGE WHEN I GET MY TREATMENT AND REVIEW BASED OF SERVICE I RECEIVE.

I had forgotten to reorder and had one feeding bag left. I called to reorder, and left message, thinking I would wash out bag until supplies came. My order was delivered next day! Thank you!

Since day 1 I have been transferred around to different departments just to get my baby set up for home service! It took my baby's cardiologist to contact them in order to receive any type of order started...once I got it started to get refills of enteral supplies has like pulling teeth, just recently I had place an order for a joey pump set and a y connector extension set for continuous feeds and they sent me a bolus extension set (not what he was on) and joey pumps. I waited a couple days after watching my supply diminish my last resort has always been a gravity bag because their uncontrollable. Now my 6 month old cardiac baby is sitting with fits of diarrhea and the gravity bag (no matter the grip) is swamping him in formula.
