“Daniel is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for years, and have had no complaints. Today Daniel did not only let me know my tags were expired. He went above and beyond. My car lost power about an hour later up the road. I called just to see if maybe something wasn’t tightened correctly afterwards. He showed up. Tried to help me move it, and then said he thought it might be out of gas. This man left and got gas for me. My tank wasn’t reading correctly..I’m so thankful for his insane amount of kindness. People like him are very rare. Please give this man a raise!”

“Amazing Experience!! So my 19 year old daughter and her college friend are driving to FGCU down I 75 and get a blow out in between Punta Gorda and Fort Meyers. She has a BMW X1 that has no spare tire. They are stranded on I 75 off to the side. I'm frantically searching for tire shops that have a 245/45 ZR 20 XL so I can get the car towed their and the tire changed and get my kid off the side of the Highway. Called all the so called reputable tire places only for all of them not to empathize with my situation since all did not have the tire and could not help give suggestions regarding this special type tire. Finally called NY Tire & Auto and spoke with Fernando. He was empathetic to my situation and offered his tow services as well and had the special tire in stock but not an XL but said it's ok unlike other greedy tire shops. He went and picked up the girls in 35 minutes and brought them back to the shop safely and changed the tire and had them back on the road in no time. Also did not gouge me and charged me a fair price for everything. Fernando was so great a Godsend. Thank you Fernando from a Dad who felt he was in a helpless situation and you and your team came to the recue. I will never forget what great service you gave in a worrisome situation. I will recommend you to all the families out in Fort Meyers and beyond. Thanks Again!”
“Long but WORTH IT! I have been coming here for years. Last oil change my husband wanted to try vavoline because it was close to us and in Cape Coral. Well today I came today to jiffy on my lunch break cause I know they are always great to me and quick! Well turns out vavoline messed up my oil pan so I was sent to vavoline for them to fix it. Went to vavoline and they checked it out printed out a paper from when I last went and said they did a top oil change and never touched the oil pan…. So I was sent back to jiffy lube. I was so upset because I’m just the middle man wanting an oil change. Idk who messed something up and idc honestly cause I’m late back to work at this point, someone just fix it and do the oil change. Well Jiffy Lube is the MVP again and fixed the issue and did the oil change. They were very awesome here! I will never go to that other place again! Thank you guys SO MUCH Jiffy Lube!!”

“Wanted to share a 5+Star experience with the Walmart Tire Center at this location, and specifically employees David, Allen and Juan who went well above and beyond their work duties to get me back on the road after a blow out on I75. Working me into the schedule involved all three employees staying late when David could have simply said there was no room for any more customers on the schedule. Considering how busy they were, and that they had to work late, they are all still extremely pleasant and hard working. All tire stores were closed and I had to be back on the road at 5:30 am before any tire stores would reopen. I don't know what I would have done if it had no been for their help. Not only did they replace the tire, but right before they were to finish up, David saw a nail in my other tire which meant an even lengthier visit. SO impressed and grateful for this team. Management should be proud of them.”
