Brett, our sales advisor was very informative and helpful in answering questions and adding important factual points in his responses. The financial team was extremely thoughtful in the manner they were able to help achieve our goal. It was an overall satisfying experience.

Made an appointment to avoid long wait for service. Indicated that I would be waiting for vehicle in lounge. I also had asked for a quote prior to my appointment and the gal responded that an advisor would call me. No one returned my call When I arrived at service, the lounge was packed and no where to sit. They claim that everyone had an appointment. My service would take two hours. Past three hours later and a shocking quote, I was still there. Spoke to Service Manager and he amazingly made things right. Again we chose your dealership for service conveniences. Communication communication is so important to avoid “upset” customers. Honestly had someone mentioned don’t come on a Monday I would have gladly made it another day. Completely understand emergency situations always take priority service. Thank you.

The words "honest" and "kind" are never what you expect when it comes to buying a car, but I can proudly say, the Mazda of Fort Myers team exceeded all of my expectations from the second we arrived. Our sales advisor, Brett Slaughter, was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. The car we came in to see was just sold, but he made it his mission to find the perfect car for us. He took his time and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he is passionate about cars and the customer experience. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.We also had an amazing experience with Joe, one of the Finance Managers, who shopped around for the best interest rates and customized my payments to fit my monthly budget.In our car buying process, we also met Travis L. & Matt K. who were great to work with. The entire process was smooth. Previously, we have purchased cars at other dealerships down the road (Honda of FM) and left feeling taken advantage of, this experience was so refreshing in comparison (honestly, there's no comparison). You can tell their GM makes customer service and relationship building a top priority. I can't thank Brett, Joe, and the team enough!

The best car buying experience you could ask for, without having to ask for it. They understood what I was looking for and the price point I was seeking, and presented proposals which exactly met my requirements. They didn't waste my time, the deal was done in under an hour. Super courteous, super nice. I've bought cars in the UK and all over the USA and this was by far my best experience to date. Highly recommended and I would work with them again without reservation. They are a breathe of fresh air from what you normally encounter.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service from a dealership as I had this week at Mazda of Fort Myers. Their service department is top notch. Adam, my service advisor, was friendly, informative, and very attentive. I was early for my appointment, but they took my CX-50 right back. I loved the video from my mechanic, Andrew, as he worked on my car. He was so informative and efficient! Mazda of Fort Myers' Service Department is definitely a 5-star experience. They could have 6-stars if they provided chocolate chip cookies. ?

Not trustworthy. I located a car I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. I asked for an OTD cash price including all fees. The GM, Tony, sent over the quote. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase the car. Another manager, Rodrigo, refused to honor the price. I was told the quote was wrong because it did not contain their advantage and recon fee, which added $4k to the car! I specifically asked for ALL FEES to be included. In order to get that price, I had to jump through hoops of financing instead of cash and they wanted me to buy the warranty. Totally unethical! The only saving grace and the reason I gave them any stars at all was the salesman Connor. He was a pleasure to work with and went to bat for us. If you go to this dealership, be aware of the pricing scams, and definitely work with Connor.

Vy at the service desk was great! She is friendly, very professional in her demeanor and very knowledgeable. She made the experience easy and made us feel valued as a customer. She explained things in a way we could understand and we felt very comfortable with what she was saying. We have always had a good experience in the service department.

Was there to get a price for them to buy my car, they were interested in buying it. While there two diff sales persons gave me a quote for two different cars. I looked up the prices on their website after I got home, their quotes were thousands higher than the website price. They tried to take advantage of me, I took my business elsewhere, they lost a sale. Will never go there again. Sales mgr was honest though.

I moved from NY to FL and had to have an oil change and tire rotation on my leased Mazda CX5. The appointment was super easy and efficient. Got an appointment without any hassle at a convenient date and time. Dealership service department and waiting areas top notch.

Took my car in for service. Vy, my service coordinator was so helpful and professional. They send a video of your car being worked on to your phone so you can feel confident about the worked being done. The waiting room is comfortable and very clean. The estimated time it would take was exact. Good coffee and espresso too!

My service advisor was Jason. He was very efficient and personable. He listened to my concerns and was able to solve most. We have an appointment to resolve unrelated service.I was told it would take about an hour, and it did. Being sent a video of how my car was being serviced with voice explanation and I appreciated that.All in all I highly recommend Mazda of Fort Myers service department. Ask for Jason!

I was very happy with the service I received from the sales manager, Connor Blasingame. From the moment I walked in until the moment the keys were in my hand, he was very courteous, working with all the variables to get me. what I feel is a very good deal on a very good vehicle. I felt throughout the process that he was listening to me, not pushing anything toward me. I recommend him highly. Special kudos also to Daniela, the service manager, for her consistent follow up to ensure I was happy through the purchase and well beyond. I write this review after having the vehicle three weeks, and I’ve got to say I am very happy with both the car and the team at Mazda of Fort Myers to help me maintain it as time goes on!

BUYER BEWARE!!!This review is 1 star - only because you can't give 0 stars.We made a deal to purchase a vehicle 3 days ago. As requested by the sales rep, we contacted our insurance company and added the car to our policy that day. We provided the proof of insurance within a couple hours - as soon as we received the confirmation from our insurance company. This morning we called to inquire as to why we have not received the paperwork for our signatures. After several phone calls from the dealership, we were told that the dealership decided to not go forward with the deal. If we wanted to add a $2800 warranty, they would consider completing the deal. But, since we did not want the additional warranty they decided that they would not complete the sale for the deal that was made 3 days ago (and a car that was insured by us for the past 3 days) -- they have decided "to pass on completing this deal". When asked for the reason they would not provide one. When asked if they sold the car out from under us, they would not reply. Really --- you make a deal and then just decide to "pass"? Definitely not a dealership I will ever purchase from or recommend to anyone!
