Big 10 stars for Jason in service. This was my 2nd time getting service at Mazda Fort Myers. I called Jason, he said bring it in. I tried to get into jeep, they said 2 weeks wait or longer. He had a rental car waiting when I arrived. They take my warranty so that was awesome. The first time I brought it in was just for an oil change, they show me a video of where the radiator was leaking so we were able to get that replaced and I was able to get back safely on the road.i travel a lot so I was very happy they found that before it became a big issue
Car is fixed and i am back on the road!!! Thanks Jason and Mazda!

Experience was great leasing a car. Came in and Brett welcomed me, showed me a few different options, answered my questions and made it easy. I was greeted by Rodrigo, JP, and the F&I person. All were impressive. I would highly recommend this dealership!

this branch sucks do not bring your car here because I have too much problem in my car they fix it and then they said this and this and then today I took home my car I spent $6000 to just fix my car and when I bring it at home, I saw a dirty inside like on my leather. There’s a fingerprint from mechanic they didn’t even clean my car. I’m so disappointed.

Everyone is friendly and try to be helpful. I must admit that the gentleman told me something couldn't be changed, but when I got home I sat in my garage and figured it out. But they are helpful

I stopped by and talked with two people. I wanted to order a new car. Neither one knew anything about the current model year and how to proceed. One even gave me a BS story that they are making the model electric and you cannot preorder. Noteworthy, there is no electric version (luckily) and I ordered exactly what I wanted on the phone from Clearwater Mazda. I'm not sure how FM stays in business.

I went in for an oil change 2 and a half hours later I was being told a car I bought less then 3 months ago from the Mazda Dealership was unsafe I was told that my axle seals were leaking and that my rear struts were leaking. My husband looked at them after he got home from work and found that the mechanic had only wiped a finger swipe of dust off my strut not oil like he portrayed in the video of my car. The axle seals were not leaking either. Not even sure why my car was ever put on a lift because I only went in for an oil change. I do not recommend going to the service center, all they are worried about is getting money even when the vehicle doesn't need the work done.

Over the years I have personally bought or leased nearly 100 new cars including multi vehicle fleets for my businesses in Ohio. As a recent transplant to Florida this was my first experience visiting this dealership in an attempt to acquire a new Mazda and it was in a word, HORRIBLE! On first visit I didn't even get acknowledged in 10 minutes of strolling the showroom and main lot. (strange, because usually one gets nearly accosted when visiting a car dealership). Since it was close to noon I decided to go have lunch and return to give them another chance (I wish I hadn't). Was met by Rodriguez the "sales manager" who assigned me to Conner a sales associate. I explained my mission and the exact model and trim levels I was interested in (I had done my research in advance). Next I was repeatedly left sitting alone at the salesman's desk multiple times for 10 minutes intervals while they "checked" on inventory (which we all know should be readily available on a computer screen). Once a car was "located" and my interest affirmed, Rodiruguez re-joined us to give me a seriously low ball offer on my trade and to present their purchase and lease numbers that were so inflated that they were nothing short of an insult to my intelligence. When I pushed back I was told "they were entitled to make a profit" and then I was literally insulted and disrespected with aggressive accusations that I had no true intention of purchasing and i was just wasting their time. (They in fact wasted MY time as I was there for almost two hours counting all the time that I was left, sitting, wondering where the heck they were ). When I attempted to end the ordeal and leave, Rodriguez repeatedly refused to give me the keys to my proposed trade, which he had in his possession - insisting that I hadn't given them a fair chance to earn my business. When I proposed a fair price, he then said he needed to talk to the "general manager". (Isn't he the sales MANAGER??) Having played enough "good guy/bad guy" routine with the sales manager and sales person, I just told him to email me his best offers and I would take a look. I was almost to the point where I felt I would have to call the police to get my car keys back. Yes it was that bad! When I got home, I had an email with offers that were thousands of dollars less than they had presented to me on a purchase, and in the range of $200 a month less on the lease numbers that had been presented. My reaction ? I would never do business with an organization that was trying to literally rob me blind the way they were attempting to do. (Profit, indeed!). Oh, and they have an absolute obsession with selling an extended warranty program that represents an additional obscene profit to the dealer. You have your very persistent to get yourself opted out of this nearly "mandatory" add-on purchase they literally insist upon. Do yourself a favor and steer widely clear of this place. Disgustingly seedy, and old-school car buying experience.

It was great meeting Nate Cook for helping me with my navigation update. It was stressful enough to drive in unfamiliar places but with his professional and courteous approach made my experience here in Mazda service in Fort Myers wonderful !!!
Thank you again, Mr Nate Cook for all your help.
