Selena provided a great sales process even delivering the car to my job. Next day I had to wait 3 hours for paperwork to be ready after scheduled appointment. Could have been better if they had been prepared.

Even with the service scheduled and it still took almost two hours to change the engine oil..
A service that would take a maximum of half an hour takes a long time

It was not a terrible experience buying a car. The dealership had a huge inventory to select from. It was clean, although the customer lounge chairs were a bit stained.
My salesperson, Renae, was super friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for, and she didn't stop until she found the right car for me. She was new to working at the dealership, and I appreciated that when she didn't know an answer to a question, she found someone who did.
The trade-in and sales process was quick and straightforward. I was driving out in a new car in under 4 hours - and that was after test-driving several vehicles.
The only downside was that I didn't receive the gift bag she said she had for me.

I changed the oil in the car, I have 2 free changes, which do not expire and they treated me wonderfully, very attentive and fast maintenance
