We could not be happier with North Trail and Eric Martinez, the entire experience was phenomenal. Our friend who had purchased two Newmar's from Eric recommended him and he exceeded all our expectations! He is very knowledgeable and knows Newmar inside and out, is always available and just a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve purchased multiple RV’s and North Trail is hands down the best. Eric Martinez is an awesome salesman before, during, and more importantly after the sale. The tech support he provides for years after the purchase to help you use, operate, and enjoy your new RV is way beyond expectations. I can’t recommend North Trail and Eric highly enough.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Took our Allegro Bus there to have it checked over for an upcoming trip. Had them check all the systems ( batteries, slides, tires etc). Broke down on the trip FOR 10 days waiting for a part, and the cassis batteries died (after being charged $130 to check them). Service guy yelled at my husband on the phone, taking ZERO responsibility for anything!!!
Trying to sell it for another reason…. Slides are not up to the standards according to the inspector. We did put 6 new tires on it, but spent $19k on it and had a laundry list of things on the list that were to have been checked. Not happy AT ALL!’

Jorge M. did an incredible job for us. I called him from out of state and he knew just what to do. Right away we had a video call and he walked me through all the features of the RV and provided aesthetic condition of the entire rig inside and out. We made a deal and I supplied a deposit. A few weeks later I wired the balance, flew out to Fort Myers along with my dad , and Jorge picked us up from the airport. Sweet. He then took us out to lunch and over to see the preowned MBS coach. It was exactly how he described it. Matt R. guided us through the final paperwork and we were on our way! It was just a fabulous experience all the way around. A big thanks to Jorge. After a very disappointing experience with a local RV dealership here in Tampa we decided to do more research and found North Trail RV. I knew after talking with several RV inspectors that these guys were very well respected AND they were a Newmar dealer and service center. Not only did Eric find us a great coach, after the sale, he checked-in on us and was available to answer the numerous questions we have had. If we ever buy another coach, North Trail RV will be our first stop.

Our experience at North Trail Rv in Ft Myers was second to none. I have dealt with the service department before purchasing our Renegade XL with our last coach. The service was outstanding from the first phone call to inquire about the new coach to delivery.

My wife and I have bought several RVs from different dealer's. Since we live 14 hours away we were able to do everything over the phone. When I flew into town I was very impressed with the dealership and the professionalism of Eric. He absolutely went over and beyond to make everything happen. This was the first time I had a walkthrough on the RV from someone who knew all about the RV. I would absolutely do business with them again.

I recently received exceptional service from the team of Brett Howard, Amanda Phelps, and Jorge Martinez. From the very first contact, they were extremely professional and dedicated to resolving my issue.
What impressed me most was their ability to quickly assess the situation, even with Hurricane Helene imminent. Not only did the team identify the issue with my vehicle, but they were also sensitive to the delicate situation we were facing. They were proactive in providing solutions and guidance on how to protect the RV before the storm.

We are very satisfied overall with North Trail as a dealership. Ben was a very knowledgeable and attentive salesperson. We have purchased twice with him. He goes above and beyond the typical expectations by anticipating concerns, calling to follow up and finding answers to any questions that we have presented to him. Chad in service took care of issues quickly and followed up to be sure that we were satisfied with the service work. Justin in Finance was also helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, we appreciated the time with Mark, the delivery coordinator, who gave us a complete and detailed training with every aspect of our new RV. We highly recommend North Trail.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish!!
Our salesperson, Tracy, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable!! He personally looked the vehicle over for us inside and out and assured us of its near perfect condition. We drove approximately 800 miles one-way on Tracy’s word and what he promised us was exactly right!! Dealing with the finance and insurance department was a very simple process because of the professional work done by Matt.
We gave Matt our information and he took it and made the process very simple. Matt even came in and worked a couple hours on his day off so we could take delivery of our coach on the day we wanted to. Our walked thru was scheduled with Dean at 9:00 AM. He spent over 2 hours going over the coach explaining everything to us. That sounds like a long time but with the newer coaches and all the electronics on them it takes that long and it takes someone with the knowledge Dean has to go over it all. We have had several coaches over a number of years and he told us things we had never been told before!!
We highly recommend North Trails RV and we do appreciate our purchase experience!!!

We had a very positive experience with North Trail RV at the Tampa RV show 2024 leading to our purchase of a new King Aire Newmar Motorhome. The complete process was made as smooth as possible, starting with our outstanding & “tirelessly patient” salesman Ben Rutkin. He showed us any and all options; including custom ordering our details. There was no sales pressure what so ever.
We were further supported by John Wicks (Sales Manager), Michael Engh (Finance) and Dean Tomlinson (Delivery Coordinator) in addition to their support staff. The whole process was very customer friendly & professional. As experienced RV owners, this is the most excellent customer service and pain- free purchase. We highly recommend.
